8 H1471 if that nation, H1696 concerning which I have spoken, H7725 turn H7451 from their evil, H5162 I will repent H7451 of the evil H2803 that I thought H6213 to do unto them.

9 H7281 And at what instant H1696 I shall speak H1471 concerning a nation, H4467 and concerning a kingdom, H1129 to build H5193 and to plant it;

10 H6213 if they do H7451 that which is evil H5869 in my sight, H8085 that they obey H6963 not my voice, H5162 then I will repent H2896 of the good, H559 wherewith I said H3190 I would benefit them.
