Deuteronomy 9:25-29

  25 G2532 And G1189 I beseeched G1725 before G2962 the lord G5062 forty G2250 days G2532 and G5062 forty G3571 nights. G3745 Many things G1189 I beseeched; G2036 [³said G1063 ¹for G2962 ² the lord] G1842 he would utterly destroy G1473 you.

  26 G2532 And G2172 I made a vow G4314 to G3588   G2316 God, G2532 and G2036 said, G2962 O Lord, G2962 the lord, G3361 you should not G1842 utterly destroy G3588   G2992 your people, G1473   G2532 and G3588   G2817 your inheritance G1473   G3739 whom G3084 you ransomed G1722 in G3588   G2479 [³strength G1473 ¹your G3588   G3173 ²great], G3739 of whom G1806 you led out G1537 of G1093 the land G* of Egypt G1722 by G3588   G5495 [³hand G1473 ¹your G3588   G2900 ²fortified], G2532 and G1722 by G3588   G1023 [³arm G1473 ¹your G3588   G5308 ²high].

  27 G3403 Remember G* Abraham, G2532 and G* Isaac, G2532 and G* Jacob, G3588   G2324 your attendants! G1473   G3739 ones to whom G3660 you swore by an oath G2596 according to G4572 yourself. G3361 You should not G1914 look G1909 upon G3588 the G4643 hardness G3588   G2992 of this people, G3778   G2532 and G1909 upon G3588   G764.1 their acts of impiety, G1473   G2532 and G3588   G265 their sins; G1473  

  28 G3379 lest G2036 should say G3588 the ones G2730 dwelling G3588 the G1093 land G3606 from where G1806 you led G1473 us G1564 from there, G3004 saying, G3844 Because G3588   G3361 [²was not G1410 ³able G2962 ¹ the lord] G1521 to bring G1473 them G1519 into G3588 the G1093 land G3739 which G2036 he said G1473 to them, G2532 and G3844 because of G3588   G3404 [²detesting G2962 ¹ the lord] G1473 them, G1806 he led G1473 them G1722 in G3588 the G2048 wilderness G615 to kill G1473 them.

  29 G2532 And G3778 these are G2992 your people G1473   G2532 and G2817 your inheritance, G1473   G3739 of whom G1806 you led out G1537 of G1093 the land G* of Egypt G1722 by G3588   G2479 [³strength G1473 ¹your G3588   G3173 ²great] G2532 and G1722 by G3588   G1023 [³arm G1473 ¹your G3588   G5308 ²high].
