Acts 10:4-10

Thomson(i) 4 Upon which he having fixed his eyes on him, and being terrified, said, Lord! what is it? Then the angel said to him, Thy prayers and thine acts of benevolence have ascended for a memorial before God. 5 Now therefore send men to Joppa and call for Simon who is surnamed Peter. 6 He lodgeth with one Simon, a tanner, whose house is by the sea side. He will tell thee what thou must do. 7 So when the angel who spoke to him was gone, Cornelius called two of his household servants and a devout soldier of them who waited on him continually, 8 and having related to them the whole affair, he sent them to Joppa. 9 And on the next day while they were on their journey and approaching towards the city, Peter went up on the house top to pray, about the sixth hour. 10 Now he had become hungry and wished to take some refreshment; and while it was preparing he fell into a trance,
