THE PARABLE OF THE SPORER
Hearken; Behold, a sporer goes sporing: 4 and so be it, in his sporing, some indeed falls by the way side; and the flyers of the heavens come and devour. 5 And others fall on rocky where it has not much soil; and straightway it springs because it has no depth of soil: 6 but the sun rises and scorches; and because it has no root, withers away. 7 And others fall among thorns; and the thorns ascend and strangle; and it gives no fruit. 8 And others falls on good soil; and gives fruit that ascends and grows; and brings forth - one thirty and one sixty and one a hundred. 9 And he words to them, Whoever has ears to hear, hearken.
