⁴ I incline my ear to a proverb; I open my riddle on the harp.

² I open my mouth in a proverb; I gush riddles of antiquity

²⁸ And so be it, when Yah Shua completes/shalams these words the multitude is astonished at his doctrine:

And he speaks much to them in parables, wording, Behold, a sporer comes to spore:

And the disciples come and say to him, Why speak you to them in parables?

THE PURPOSE OF PARABLES
Yah Shua speaks all these to the multitude in parables; and speaks not to them apart from a parable: ³⁵ to fulfill/shalam that rhetorized through the prophet, wording, I open my mouth in parables: I utter those which have been secreted from the foundation of the cosmos. ^{Psalm 78:2}

²³ And he calls them to him and words to them in parables: How can Satan cast out Satan?

¹¹ And he words to them, You are given to know the mystery of the sovereigndom of Elohim: but to them outside, all these become in parables:

YAH SHUA EXPLAINS THE PARABLES
And with many such parables he speaks the word to them exactly as they are able to hear: ³⁴ but he speaks not to them apart from a parable: and when they are alone he explains all to his disciples.

³⁸ And he words to them in his doctrine, Observe the scribes who will to walk in stoles and salutations in the markets

¹⁶ Yah Shua answers them, saying, My doctrine is not mine; but his who sent me: ¹⁷ whenever anyone wills to do his will, he knows concerning the doctrine - whether it be of Elohim, or whether I speak of myself.
