8 Bring forth the blind people with eyes, and the deaf with ears.
9 All the goyim gather; and the nations gather: who among them tells this and has us hear the former? They give their witnesses, to justify themselves: and they hear, and say, Truth.
10 You are my witnesses - an oracle of Yah Veh and my servant whom I chose: so that you know and trust me, and discern I am he: ere my face, no El was formed, and none after me.
