Isaiah 42:1-12

THE SERVANT OF YAH VEH
Behold my servant, whom I uphold; my chosen, in whom my soul is pleased: I give my spirit on him; he brings judgment to the goyim: 2 he neither cries, nor lifts, nor has his voice heard in the outway: 3 he neither breaks a crushed stalk nor quenches he the smoking flax; he brings forth judgment to truth: 4 he neither dims nor crushes until he sets judgment in the earth: and the islands await his torah. 5 Thus says El Yah Veh, who created the heavens and spread them; who expanded the earth and its offspring; who gave breath to the people thereon, and spirit to them who walk therein: 6 I Yah Veh call you in justness and hold your hand and guard you; and give you for a covenant of the people and a light of the goyim: 7 to open the eyes of the blind; to bring the bound from the lock up; those sitting in darkness from the prison house. 8 I - Yah Veh: that is my name: and I neither give my honor to another, nor my halal to sculptiles. 9 Behold, the former becomes, and the new I tell: ere they sprout, I have you hear of them. 10
SING AND HALAL TO YAH VEH
Sing to Yah Veh a new song and his halal from the end of the earth; you who descend to the sea, and its fulness; the islands, and the settlers. 11 The wilderness and the cities lift, Qedar settles the courts: the settlers of the rock shout; they shout from the top of the mountains: 12 they set honor to Yah Veh and tell his halal in the islands:
