Deuteronomy 29:12-15

  12 H5674 That you should enter H1285 into covenant H3068 with the Lord H430 your God, H423 and into his oath, H3068 which the Lord H430 your God H3772 makes H3117 with you this day:
  13 H6965 That he may establish H3117 you to day H5971 for a people H430 unto himself, and that he may be unto you a God, H1696 as he has said H7650 unto you, and as he has sworn H1 unto your fathers, H85 to Abraham, H3327 to Isaac, H3290 and to Jacob.
  14 H3772 Neither with you only do I make H1285 this covenant H423 and this oath;
  15 H5975 But with him that standeth H3426 here with us this H3117 day H6440 before H3068 the Lord H430 our God, H3117 and also with him that is not here with us this day:
