Numbers 15:30-36 But the soul that doeth aught with a high hand, whether he be home-born or a sojourner, the same blasphemeth Jehovah; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

31 H959 Because he hath despised H1697 the word H3068 of Jehovah, H6565 and hath broken H4687 his commandment, H5315 that soul H3772 shall utterly H3772 be cut off; H5771 his iniquity shall be upon him.
