Numbers 15:28-30 And the priest shall make atonement for the soul that erreth, when he sinneth unwittingly, before Jehovah, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.

29 H259 Ye shall have one H8451 law H6213 for him that doeth aught H7684 unwittingly, H249 for him that is home-born H1121 among the children H3478 of Israel, H1616 and for the stranger H1481 that sojourneth H8432 among them.

30 H5315 But the soul H6213 that doeth H7311 aught with a high hand, H249 whether he be home-born H4480 or a sojourner, H1442 the same blasphemeth H3068 Jehovah; H5315 and that soul H3772 shall be cut off H7130 from among H5971 his people.
