29 H249 האזרח him that is born H1121 בבני among the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H1616 ולגר and for the stranger H1481 הגר that sojourneth H8432 בתוכם among H8451 תורה law H259 אחת one H1961 יהיה Ye shall have H6213 לכם לעשׂה for him that sinneth H7684 בשׁגגה׃ through ignorance,

30 H5315 והנפשׁ But the soul H834 אשׁר that H6213 תעשׂה doeth H3027 ביד presumptuously, H7411 רמה H4480 מן born in the land, H249 האזרח born in the land, H4480 ומן from among H1616 הגר or a stranger, H853 את H3068 יהוה the LORD; H1931 הוא the same H1442 מגדף reproacheth H3772 ונכרתה shall be cut off H5315 הנפשׁ soul H1931 ההוא and that H7130 מקרב from among H5971 עמה׃ his people.
