1 Kings 17:9-15

  9 H6965 Arise, H3212 get H6886 thee to Zarephath, H6721 which belongeth to Sidon, H3427 and dwell H6680 there: behold, I have commanded H490 a widow H802   H3557 there to sustain thee.

  10 H6965 So he arose H3212 and went H6886 to Zarephath; H935 and when he came H6607 to the gate H5892 of the city, H490 behold, a widow H802   H7197 was there gathering H6086 sticks: H7121 and he called H559 to her, and said, H3947 Fetch H4592 me, I pray thee, a little H4325 water H3627 in a vessel, H8354 that I may drink.

  11 H3212 And as she was going H3947 to fetch H7121 it, he called H559 to her, and said, H3947 Bring H6595 me, I pray thee, a morsel H3899 of bread H3027 in thy hand.

  12 H559 And she said, H3068 As Jehovah H430 thy God H2416 liveth, H3426 I have H4580 not a cake, H4393 but a handful H7058 of meal H3537 in the jar, H4592 and a little H8081 oil H6835 in the cruse: H7197 and, behold, I am gathering H8147 two H6086 sticks, H935 that I may go in H6213 and dress H1121 it for me and my son, H398 that we may eat H4191 it, and die.

  13 H452 And Elijah H559 said H3372 unto her, Fear H935 not; go H6213 and do H1697 as thou hast said; H6213 but make H8033 me thereof H6996 a little H5692 cake H7223 first, H3318 and bring H314 it forth unto me, and afterward H6213 make H1121 for thee and for thy son.

  14 H559 For thus saith H3068 Jehovah, H430 the God H3478 of Israel, H3537 The jar H7058 of meal H3615 shall not waste, H6835 neither shall the cruse H8081 of oil H2637 fail, H3117 until the day H3068 that Jehovah H5414 sendeth H1653 rain H6440 upon H127 the earth.

  15 H3212 And she went H6213 and did H1697 according to the saying H452 of Elijah: H1004 and she, and he, and her house, H398 did eat H3117 many days.
