Numbers 3:41-45 And you shall take the Levites for me (I am the LORD) instead of all the firstborn among the children of Israel; and the cattle of the Levites instead of all the firstborn among the cattle of the children of Israel.

42 H4872 And Moses H6485 numbered, H3068 as the LORD H6680 commanded H3605 him, all H1060 the firstborn H1121 among the children H3478 of Israel.

43 H3605 And all H1060 the firstborn H2145 males H4557 by the number H8034 of names, H2320 from a month H1121 old H4605 and upward, H6485 of those that were numbered H6242 of them, were twenty H8147 and two H505 thousand H3967 two hundred H7657 and three score H7969 and thirteen.

44 H3068 And the LORD H1696 spoke H4872 to Moses, H559 saying,

45 H3947 Take H3881 the Levites H8478 instead H3605 of all H1060 the firstborn H1121 among the children H3478 of Israel, H929 and the cattle H3881 of the Levites H8478 instead H929 of their cattle; H3881 and the Levites H3068 shall be mine: I am the LORD.
