Matthew 4:3-6

Worrell(i) 3 And the Tempter, having come near, said to Him, "If Thou art God's Son, speak, that these stones may become loaves of bread." 4 But He, answering, said, "It has been written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.'" 5 Then the Devil takes Him into the holy city, and placed Him on the pinnacle of the temple, 6 and says to Him, "If Thou art a Son of God, cast Thyself down; for it has been written, 'He shall give His angels charge concerning Thee; and on their hands they shall bear Thee up; lest at any time Thou shouldest dash Thy foot against a stone.'"
