Matthew 24:21-29

Worrell(i) 21 for then will be great tribulation, such as has not happened from the beginning of the world until now; no, nor ever shall be. 22 And, unless those days should be shortened, no flesh could be saved: but, for the sake of the elect, those days will be shortened. 23 Then, if any one shall say to you, 'Behold, here is the Christ!' or 'Here,' believe it not; 24 for there will arise false Christs and false prophets; and they will give great signs and wonders, so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect. 25 Behold, I have foretold you. 26 If, therefore, they say to you, 'Behold, He is in the wilderness;' go not forth; 'Behold, He is in the secret chambers,' believe it not, 27 For, as the lightning comes forth from the east, and shines unto the west, so shall be the coming of the Son of Man. 28 Wheresoever the carcase is, there the eagles will be gathered together. 29 "And, immediately after the tribulation of those days, the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give her light, and the stars will fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken;
