Numbers 30:3-13

  3 H802 If a woman H5087 [H8799] also shall vow H5088 a vow H3068 to the LORD H631 [H8804] , and bind H632 herself by a bond H1 , being in her father's H1004 house H5271 in her youth;
  4 H1 And her father H8085 [H8804] shall hear H5088 her vow H632 , and her bond H631 [H8804] by which she hath bound H5315 her soul H1 , and her father H2790 [H8689] shall hold his peace H5088 at her: then all her vows H6965 [H8804] shall stand H632 , and every bond H631 [H8804] by which she hath bound H5315 her soul H6965 [H8799] shall stand.
  5 H1 But if her father H5106 [H8689] shall overrule H3117 her in the day H8085 [H8800] that he heareth H5088 ; not any of her vows H632 , or of her bonds H631 [H8804] by which she hath bound H5315 her soul H6965 [H8799] , shall stand H3068 : and the LORD H5545 [H8799] shall forgive H1 her, because her father H5106 [H8689] overruled her.
  6 H376 And if she had an husband H5088 , when she vowed H4008 , or uttered H8193 any thing from her lips H631 [H8804] , by which she bound H5315 her soul;
  7 H376 And her husband H8085 [H8804] heard H2790 [H8689] it, and held his peace H3117 at her in the day H8085 [H8800] that he heard H5088 it: then her vows H6965 [H8804] shall stand H632 , and her bonds H631 [H8804] by which she bound H5315 her soul H6965 [H8799] shall stand.
  8 H376 But if her husband H5106 [H8686] overruled H3117 her on the day H8085 [H8800] that he heard H6565 [H8689] it; then he shall make of no effect H5088 her vow which she vowed H4008 , and that which she uttered H8193 with her lips H631 [H8804] , by which she bound H5315 her soul H3068 : and the LORD H5545 [H8799] shall forgive her.
  9 H5088 But every vow H490 of a widow H1644 [H8803] , and of her that is divorced H631 [H8804] , by which they have bound H5315 their souls H6965 [H8799] , shall stand against her.
  10 H5087 [H8804] And if she vowed H376 in her husband's H1004 house H631 [H8804] , or bound H5315 her soul H632 by a bond H7621 with an oath;
  11 H376 And her husband H8085 [H8804] heard H2790 [H8689] it, and held his peace H5106 [H8689] at her, and overruled H5088 her not: then all her vows H6965 [H8799] shall stand H632 , and every bond H631 [H8804] by which she bound H5315 her soul H6965 [H8804] shall stand.
  12 H376 But if her husband H6565 [H8687] hath utterly H6565 [H8686] made them void H3117 on the day H8085 [H8800] he heard H4161 them; then whatever proceeded H8193 out of her lips H5088 concerning her vows H632 , or concerning the bond H5315 of her soul H6965 [H8799] , shall not stand H376 : her husband H6565 [H8689] hath made them void H3068 ; and the LORD H5545 [H8799] shall forgive her.
  13 H5088 Every vow H632 , and every binding H7621 oath H6031 [H8763] to afflict H5315 the soul H376 , her husband H6965 [H8686] may establish H376 it, or her husband H6565 [H8686] may make it void.
