Deuteronomy 4:10-13 Remember the day that you stood before the LORD your God in Horeb, when the LORD said to me Assemble me the people and I will make them hear My words, that they may learn to fear Me all the days that they live on the land and that they may teach their children.

You heard the sound of words, but you saw no form; there was only a voice. ¹³ And he declared to you his covenant, the Ten Commandments, which he charged you to observe, and he wrote them on the two tablets of stone.
