Nehemiah 12:1-26

Matthew(i) 1 These are the priestes & Leuytes that wente vp with Zorobabell the sonne of Salathiell & wyth Iesua: Saraiah, Ieremye, Esdras, 2 Amariah, Meluth, Hatus 3 Sechaniah, Rehum, Merimoth, 4 Ado, Genthoi, Abiah, 5 Miamin, Maadiah, Belgah, 6 Semaiah, Ioiarib, Iadaiah, 7 Salu, Amok, Helkiah and Iadaiah. These were the heades amonge the priestes and their brethren in the tyme of Iesua. 8 The Leuites were these: Iesua, Bennui, Cadmiel, Sarabiah, Iuda and Mathaniah ouer the offyce of thankesgeuyng, they and theyr brethren: 9 Backbukiah and Vni and theyr brethren, were about them in the watches. 10 Iesua begat Ioakim. Ioakim begat Eliasib. Eliasib begat Ioiada. 11 Ioiada begat Ionathan. Ionathan begat Iadua. 12 And in the tyme of Ioakim were these the chefe fathers amonge the priestes: vnder Saraiah Maraiah, vnder Ieremy Hananiah, 13 vnder Esdras Mosolam, vnder Amariah Iehoanan, 14 vnder Milico Ionathan, vnder Sebaniah Ioseph, 15 vnder Harim Edna, vnder Maraioth Helcai, 16 vnder Adia Zachari, vnder Genthon Mosolam, 17 vnder Abia Zechri, vnder Miniamin & Moadia Peltai, 18 vnder Belgah Samua, vnder Semeiah Iehonathan, 19 vnder Ioiarib Mathnai, vnder Iadaiah Vsi, 20 vnder Selai Kelai, vnder Amok Eber, 21 vnder Helchiah Hasabiah, vnder Iadaiah Nathanael. 22 And in the tyme of Eliasib. Ioiada, Iohanan & Iadua were the cheif fathers amonge the Leuytes, and the prestes wrytten vnder the raygne of Darius the Persian. 23 The chyldren of Leui the princypall fathers were written in the Cronycles, vntyll the tyme of Ionathan the sonne of Eliasib. 24 And these were the chefe amonge the Leuytes, Hasabiah, Serebiah and Iesua the sonne of Cadmiel, and theyr brethren ouer agaynste them, to geue prayse and thankes, according as Dauid the man of God had ordeyned it, one watche ouer agaynst another 25 Mathania, Balbukiah, Obadiah, Mosolam, Talmon and Abub were porters in the watche at the thresholdes of the gates. 26 These were in the tyme of Ioiakim the sonne of Iesua the sonne of Iosedec, and in the tyme of Nehemiah the captayne and of the prieste Esdras the scrybe.
