Mace⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹ Afterwards I saw a new heaven, and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were vanished; and there was no more sea . ² and I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, descend from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. ³ then I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying, "behold, the tabernacle of God is with men: he will dwell with them, they shall be his people, God himself shall be with them, as their God. ⁴ God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; there shall be no more death, sorrow, or crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former state of things is passed away." he that sat upon the throne, said, ⁵ "behold, I make all things new." and he said write: "for these words are true and authentic."
