1 Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and the sea is no more.
2 And I saw the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a loud voice out of the throne, crying. "Behold, God's tent is with men, And he will tent with them, And they will be his peoples. And God himself will be with them,
4 And he will wipe away every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more, Nor will there be mourning, Nor crying, nor pain any more. Because the first things have passed away."
5 And He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." And He said to me, "Write this, for these words are trustworthy and genuine."
