Leviticus 5:4-6 Either when a soul sweareth: so that he pronounceth with his lips to do evil or to do good — whatsoever it be that a man pronounceth with an oath — and the thing be out of his mind and afterward cometh to the knowledge of it, then he hath offended in one of these.
