4 or if a person be a transgressor, either pronouncing with his lips to do evil; or to do good according to all that the man might pronounce with an oath and it hath escaped his notice; when he hath come to the knowledge of his having inadvertently sinned in any of these cases,
5 he shall confess his sin in respect to whatever he hath sinned;
6 and for trespassing against the Lord, for the sin which he hath sinned, he shall bring a female from the flock either a lamb or a kid of the goats for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him for the sin which he hath sinned; and the sin shall be forgiven him.
