3 and the night in the which it was said, 'There is a man child conceived.'
4 The same day be turned to darkness, and not regarded of God from above, neither let the light shine upon it:
5 but let it be stained with darkness, and the shadow of death. Let the dim cloud fall upon it, and let it be lapped in with sorrow.
6 Let the dark storm overcome that night; let it not be reckoned among the days of the year, nor counted in the months.
7 Despised be that night, and discommended: let them that curse the day,
8 give it their curse also, even those that be ready to raise vp Leviathan.
9 Let the stars of that night be dim through darkness of it. Let it look for light, but let it see none, neither the raising up of the fair morning:
10 because it shut not up the womb that bare me. For then should these sorrows have been hid from mine eyes.
