James 3:13-17 If any man be wise and endued with learning among you, let him show the works of his good conversation in meekness that is coupled with wisdom.

MSTC⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹³ If any man be wise and endued with learning among you, let him show the works of his good conversation in meekness that is coupled with wisdom. ¹⁴ But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, rejoice not: neither be liars against the truth. ¹⁵ This wisdom descendeth not from above: but is earthy, and natural, and devilish. ¹⁶ For where envying and strife is, there is unstableness, and all manner of evil works: ¹⁷ but the wisdom that is from above, is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without judging, and without simulation.
