And besides all this, today is the third day since these things were done. ²² Yes, and also some of our women astounded us, having been early at the tomb; ²³ and when they did not find His body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels, who said that He was alive. ²⁴ And some of those with us went to the tomb and found it even as the women had said. But they did not see Him. ²⁵ And He said to them, O fools and slow of heart to believe all things that the prophets spoke! ²⁶ Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory? ²⁷ And beginning at Moses and all the Prophets, He expounded to them in all the Scriptures the things concerning Himself.
