Ephesians 1:14-23

JuliaSmith(i) 14 Which is the pledge of our inheritance for the redemption of the acquisition, to the praise of his glory. 15 For this, I also, having heard the faith among you in the Lord Jesus, and love to all the holy, 16 Cease not returning thanks for you, making remembrance of you in my prayers; 17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, might give you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in his knowledge: 18 The eyes of your understanding enlightened; for you to know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the holy ones, 19 And what the surpassing greatness of his power to us believing, according to the action of the might of his strength, 20 Which he performed in Christ, having raised him from the dead, and he sat on his right hand in the heavenlies, 21 Above every beginning, and authority, and power, and property, and every name named, not only in this life, but in that about to be: 22 And placed all things under his, feet, and gave him head over all things to the church, 23 Which is his body, the completion of him completing all things in all.
