Numbers 22:6 ועתה now לכה Come נא therefore, I pray thee, ארה curse לי את העם people; הזה me this כי for עצום too mighty for הוא they ממני too mighty for אולי me: peradventure אוכל I shall prevail, נכה we may smite בו ואגרשׁנו them, and I may drive them out מן of הארץ the land: כי for ידעתי I know את אשׁר that he whom תברך thou blessest מברך blessed, ואשׁר and he whom תאר thou cursest יואר׃ is cursed.
