11 He answers them, saying, Because you are given to know the mysteries of the sovereigndom of the heavens; but they are not given:
12 for whoever has, is given; and superabounds: but whoever has not, even what he has is taken away.
13 So I speak to them in parables: because in observing, they observe not; and hearing, they hear not; and they comprehend not.
14 And in them is fulfilled/shalamed the prophecy of Yesha Yah - which words, By hearing you hear, and no way comprehend; - and by observing you observe, and no way perceive:
15 for this people callous their heart and dull their ears from hearing and shut their eyes - lest ever they see with their eyes and hear with their ears and comprehend with their heart and turn around; and I heal them. Isaiah 6:9,10
16 But blessed - your eyes; for they observe: and your ears; for they hear.
17 For Amen! I word to you, That many prophets and just panted to observe what you see; and saw them not: and to hear what you hear; and heard them not:
