Numbers 24:17-19

  18 H123 And Edom H3424 shall be a possession, H8165 Seir H3424 also shall be a possession H341 for his enemies; H3478 and Israel H6213 shall do H2428 valiantly.

  19 H3290 Out of Jacob H7287 shall come he that shall have dominion, H6 and shall destroy H8300 him that remains H5892 of the city.
