Ezra 1:1-4 Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and put it also in writing, saying,

2 H559 Thus says H3566 Cyrus H4428 king H6539 of Persia, H3068 The Lord H430 God H8064 of heaven H5414 has given H4467 me all the kingdoms H776 of the earth; H6485 and he has commanded H1129 me to build H1004 him a house H3389 at Jerusalem, H3063 which is in Judah.

3 H5971 Who is there among you of all his people? H430 his God H5927 be with him, and let him go up H3389 to Jerusalem, H3063 which is in Judah, H1129 and build H1004 the house H3068 of the Lord H430 God H3478 of Israel, H430 (he is the God,) H3389 which is in Jerusalem.

4 H7604 And whoever remains H4725 in any place H1481 where he stays, H582 let the men H4725 of his place H5375 help H3701 him with silver, H2091 and with gold, H7399 and with goods, H929 and with animals, H5071 beside the freewill offering H1004 for the house H430 of God H3389 that is in Jerusalem.
