Acts 12:7 καὶ (And) ἰδοὺ (behold), ἄγγελος (an angel) Κυρίου (of the Lord) ἐπέστη (stood by), καὶ (and) φῶς (a light) ἔλαμψεν (shone) ἐν (in) τῷ (the) οἰκήματι (cell). πατάξας (Having struck) δὲ (then) τὴν (the) πλευρὰν (side) τοῦ (-) Πέτρου (of Peter), ἤγειρεν (he woke up) αὐτὸν (him), λέγων (saying), “Ἀνάστα (Rise up) ἐν (in) τάχει (haste).” καὶ (And) ἐξέπεσαν (fell) αὐτοῦ (of him) αἱ (the) ἁλύσεις (chains) ἐκ (off) τῶν (the) χειρῶν (hands).
