Numbers 5:7-8 then he shall confess his sin which he hath done: and he shall make restitution for his guilt in full, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him in respect of whom he hath been guilty.

8 H376 But if the man H1350 have no kinsman H7725 to whom restitution H817 may be made for the guilt, H7725 the restitution H817 for guilt H3068 which is made unto Jehovah H3548 shall be the priest's; H352 besides the ram H3725 of the atonement, H3722 whereby atonement shall be made for him.
