Numbers 21:6-9 And Jehovah sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people; and much people of Israel died.

7 H5971 And the people H935 came H4872 to Moses, H559 and said, H2398 We have sinned, H1696 because we have spoken H3068 against Jehovah, H6419 and against thee; pray H3068 unto Jehovah, H5493 that he take away H5175 the serpents H4872 from us. And Moses H6419 prayed H5971 for the people.

8 H3068 And Jehovah H559 said H4872 unto Moses, H6213 Make H8314 thee a fiery serpent, H7760 and set H5251 it upon a standard: H5391 and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, H7200 when he seeth H2425 it, shall live.

9 H4872 And Moses H6213 made H5175 a serpent H5178 of brass, H7760 and set H5251 it upon the standard: H5175 and it came to pass, that if a serpent H5391 had bitten H376 any man, H5027 when he looked H5175 unto the serpent H5178 of brass, H2425 he lived.
