Ezekiel 2:5-7 And they, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear, (for they are a rebellious house,) yet shall know that there hath been a prophet among them.

7 H1696 And thou shalt speak H1697 my words H8085 unto them, whether they will hear, H2308 or whether they will forbear; H4805 for they are most rebellious.
