Daniel 4:20-33

  20 H363 The tree H2370 that thou sawest, H7236 which grew, H8631 and was strong, H7314 whose height H4291 reached H8065 unto heaven, H2379 and the sight H3606 thereof to all H772 the earth;

  21 H6074 whose leaves H8209 were fair, H4 and the fruit H7690 thereof much, H4203 and in it was food H3606 for all; H8460 under H2423 which the beasts H1251 of the field H1753 dwelt, H6056 and upon whose branches H6853 the birds H8065 of the heavens H7932 had their habitation:

  22 H607 it is thou, H4430 O king, H7236 that art grown H8631 and become strong; H7238 for thy greatness H7236 is grown, H4291 and reacheth H8065 unto heaven, H7985 and thy dominion H5491 to the end H772 of the earth.

  23 H4430 And whereas the king H2370 saw H5894 a watcher H6922 and a holy one H5182 coming down H4481 from H8065 heaven, H560 and saying, H1414 Hew H1414 down H363 the tree, H2255 and destroy H1297 it; nevertheless H7662 leave H6136 the stump H8330 of the roots H772 thereof in the earth, H613 even with a band H6523 of iron H5174 and brass, H1883 in the tender grass H1251 of the field, H6647 and let it be wet H2920 with the dew H8065 of heaven: H2508 and let his portion H5974 be with H2423 the beasts H1251 of the field, H5705 till H7655 seven H5732 times H2499 pass H5922 over him;

  24 H1836 this H6591 is the interpretation, H4430 O king, H1932 and it H1510 is the decree H5943 of the Most High, H4291 which is come H5922 upon H4756 my lord H4430 the king:

  25 H2957 that thou shalt be driven H4481 from H606 men, H4070 and thy dwelling H1934 shall be H5974 with H2423 the beasts H1251 of the field, H2939 and thou shalt be made to eat H6211 grass H8450 as oxen, H6647 and shalt be wet H2920 with the dew H8065 of heaven, H7655 and seven H5732 times H2499 shall pass H5922 over H5705 thee; till H3046 thou know H5943 that the Most High H7990 ruleth H4437 in the kingdom H606 of men, H5415 and giveth H4479 it to whomsoever H6634 he will.

  26 H560 And whereas they commanded H7662 to leave H6136 the stump H8330 of the roots H363 of the tree; H4437 thy kingdom H7011 shall be sure H4481 unto thee, after H3046 that thou shalt have known H8065 that the heavens H7990 do rule.

  27 H3861 Wherefore, H4430 O king, H4431 let my counsel H8232 be acceptable H5922 unto thee, H6562 and break off H2408 thy sins H6665 by righteousness, H5758 and thine iniquities H2604 by showing mercy H6033 to the poor; H2006 if H1934 there may be H754 a lengthening H7963 of thy tranquillity.

  28 H3606 All H4291 this came H5922 upon H4430 the king H5020 Nebuchadnezzar.

  29 H7118 At the end H8648 of twelve H3393 months H1934 he was walking H5922 in H4437 the royal H1965 palace H895 of Babylon.

  30 H4430 The king H6032 spake H560 and said, H576 Is H3809 not H1932 this H7229 great H895 Babylon, H576 which I H1124 have built H4437 for the royal H8632 dwelling-place, by the might H2632 of my power H3367 and for the glory H1923 of my majesty?

  31 H5751 While H4406 the word H4430 was in the king's H6433 mouth, H5308 there fell H7032 a voice H4481 from H8065 heaven, H4430 saying, O king H5020 Nebuchadnezzar, H560 to thee it is spoken: H4437 The kingdom H5709 is departed H4481 from thee:

  32 H2957 and thou shalt be driven H4481 from H606 men; H4070 and thy dwelling H5974 shall be with H2423 the beasts H1251 of the field; H2939 thou shalt be made to eat H6211 grass H8450 as oxen; H7655 and seven H5732 times H2499 shall pass H5922 over H5705 thee; until H3046 thou know H5943 that the Most High H7990 ruleth H4437 in the kingdom H606 of men, H5415 and giveth H4479 it to whomsoever H6634 he will.

  33 H8160 The same hour H4406 was the thing H5487 fulfilled H5922 upon H5020 Nebuchadnezzar: H2957 and he was driven H4481 from H606 men, H399 and did eat H6211 grass H8450 as oxen, H1655 and his body H6647 was wet H2920 with the dew H8065 of heaven, H5705 till H8177 his hair H7236 was grown H5403 like eagles' H2953 feathers, and his nails H6853 like birds' claws.
