Colossians Cross References - RKJNT

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, 2 To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ who are at Colossae: Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father. 3 We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which you have for all the saints, 5 Because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you have already heard in the word of truth, the gospel; 6 Which has come to you. In all the world it brings forth fruit and grows, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and understood the grace of God in truth: 7 As you learned it from Epaphras, our dear fellow servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ on our behalf; 8 Who has also declared to us your love in the Spirit. 9 For this reason, since the day we heard it, we do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That you might walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please him in all things, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 Strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, with all endurance and patience with joyfulness; 12 Giving thanks to the Father, who has made us qualified to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light. 13 He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness, and has transferred us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. 15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation: 16 For by him were all things created that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or rulers, or authorities: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 He is also the head of the body, the church: he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father, that all his fulness should dwell in him; 20 And through him to reconcile all things to himself, whether things on earth, or things in heaven; having made peace through the blood of his cross. 21 And you who were at one time alienated and enemies in your minds because of wicked deeds, 22 He has now reconciled in his body of flesh through death, to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable in his sight: 23 If you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you have heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven; and of which I, Paul, was made a minister. 24 Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh that which is lacking in the afflictions of Christ for his body's sake, which is the church: 25 Of which I was made a minister, according to the commission of God, which was given to me for you, to make the word of God fully known; 26 That is, the mystery which has been hidden from ages and from generations, but has now been made manifest to his saints; 27 To whom God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the riches of the glory of this mystery; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. 28 Him we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. 29 For this I labour, striving according to his power, which works mightily within me.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,

Romans 9:23

23 That he might make known the riches of his glory to the vessels of mercy, which he had prepared beforehand for glory,

Romans 10:8

8 But what does it say? The word is near you, even in your mouth, and in your heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach:

Romans 10:17-18

17 So faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ. 18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes truly, for: Their voice went into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

Romans 10:18

18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes truly, for: Their voice went into all the earth, and their words to the ends of the world.

Romans 11:17

17 And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, a wild olive shoot, were grafted in among them, and with them partake in the rich root of the olive tree;

Romans 11:33

33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

Romans 11:36

36 For from him, and through him, and to him, are all things. To him be glory forever. Amen.

Romans 12:2

2 And do not be conformed to this world: but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good, and acceptable, and perfect.

Romans 14:17

17 For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:15-19

15 Nevertheless, brethren, I have written more boldly to you on some points, as a reminder, because of the grace given to me by God, 16 That I should be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, in the priestly service of the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit.

Romans 15:16-19

16 That I should be a minister of Christ Jesus to the Gentiles, in the priestly service of the gospel of God, that the offering of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Spirit. 17 Therefore, through Jesus Christ I have reason to glory in my work for God. 18 For I will not dare to speak of any work except what Christ has done through me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed, 19 Through the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.

Romans 15:19-19

19 Through the power of signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and all the way around to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ. 20 So I aspired to preach the gospel, not where Christ was named, lest I should build upon another man's foundation:

Romans 15:27

27 It has truly pleased them to do this; and indeed they are indebted to them. For if the Gentiles have been made partakers of their spiritual things, their duty is to minister to them in material things. 28 Therefore, when I have completed this, and have made certain they have received this fruit, I will come visit you on my way to Spain.

Romans 15:30

30 Now I urge you, brethren, for the sake of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by the love of the Spirit, that you strive together with me in your prayers to God for me;

Romans 16:25-26

25 Now to him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which was kept secret for long ages past,

Romans 16:25

25 Now to him who is able to establish you according to my gospel and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery which was kept secret for long ages past, 26 But now has been made manifest, and through the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all nations to bring about the obedience of faith:

Romans 16:26-26

26 But now has been made manifest, and through the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the eternal God, has been made known to all nations to bring about the obedience of faith:

1 Corinthians 1:1

1 Paul, called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother, 2 To the church of God which is at Corinth, to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all those in every place who call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their Lord and ours:

1 Corinthians 1:4

4 I thank my God always for you, because of the grace of God which has been given you in Jesus Christ; 5 That in everything you have been enriched by him, in all speech, and in all knowledge;

1 Corinthians 1:23

23 But we preach Christ crucified, to the Jews a stumbling block, and to the Greeks foolishness;

1 Corinthians 1:30

30 But because of him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness, and holiness, and redemption:

1 Corinthians 2:6

6 Yet we do speak wisdom among those who are mature: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the rulers of this world, who are being brought to nothing: 7 But we speak the wisdom of God, once secret and hidden, which God ordained for our glory before the ages:

1 Corinthians 2:12-14

12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is from God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us by God. 13 Of these things we speak, not in words taught by man's wisdom, but in those taught by the Spirit; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness to him: neither can he understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 He who is spiritual judges the worth of all things, yet he himself is judged by no man.

1 Corinthians 3:5

5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom you believed, as the Lord assigned to each his task?

1 Corinthians 3:16

16 Do you not know that you are God's temple, and that the Spirit of God dwells in you?

1 Corinthians 4:1-3

1 Let a man regard us in this manner, as servants of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 2 Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.

1 Corinthians 4:2-3

2 Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy. 3 But with me it is a very small thing if I should be judged by you, or by any human court: in fact, I do not even judge my own self.

1 Corinthians 4:14

14 I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you.

1 Corinthians 4:17

17 For this reason I have sent to you Timothy, who is my beloved son, and faithful in the Lord, who shall remind you of my ways in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every church.

1 Corinthians 6:9-11

9 Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexual offenders, 10 Nor thieves, nor the covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you: but you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.

1 Corinthians 7:25

25 Now concerning virgins I have no commandment from the Lord: yet I give my judgment, as one who has obtained mercy from the Lord to be trustworthy.

1 Corinthians 8:6

6 But for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom are all things, and we exist for him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and we exist through him.

1 Corinthians 9:17

17 If I do this willingly, I have a reward: but if against my will, a commission has been entrusted to me.

1 Corinthians 9:23

23 And this I do for the gospel's sake, that I might be a partaker in its blessings.

1 Corinthians 9:25-27

25 And every man who competes is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown; but we an imperishable. 26 Therefore, I do not run aimlessly; and I do not fight as one who beats the air: 27 But I beat my body, and bring it into subjection: lest by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be disqualified.

1 Corinthians 11:3

3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

1 Corinthians 12:6

6 And there are various kinds of working, but it is the same God who works all of them in all men.

1 Corinthians 12:8

8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

1 Corinthians 12:11

11 But all these things are by one and the same Spirit, who distributes to every man as he wills.

1 Corinthians 13:13

13 And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.

1 Corinthians 15:10-11

10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than all of them: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

1 Corinthians 15:10

10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than all of them: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me. 11 Therefore, whether it was I or they, this we preach, and this you believed. 12 Now if Christ is preached, that he rose from the dead, how is it that some among you say that there is no resurrection from the dead?

1 Corinthians 15:19

19 If for this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 20 But Christ has indeed been raised from the dead, the first-fruits of those who sleep. 21 For since by man came death, by man also came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For just as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward those who are Christ's at his coming.

1 Corinthians 15:23-23

23 But every man in his own order: Christ the first-fruits; afterward those who are Christ's at his coming. 24 Then comes the end, when he delivers up the kingdom to God the Father; after he has destroyed all rule and all authority and power. 25 For he must reign, until he has put all enemies under his feet.

1 Corinthians 15:25

25 For he must reign, until he has put all enemies under his feet.

1 Corinthians 15:58

58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

2 Corinthians 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, and Timothy our brother, to the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints who are in all Achaia:

2 Corinthians 1:5-8

5 For as we abundantly share in the sufferings of Christ, so through Christ we also abundantly share in comfort. 6 But if we are afflicted, it is for your comfort and salvation; and if we are comforted, it is for your comfort, which works in you when you patiently endure the same sufferings which we suffer. 7 And our hope for you is steadfast, knowing, that as you are partakers of our sufferings, so you also partake of our comfort. 8 For we would not have you ignorant of our trouble, brethren, which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed down beyond measure, beyond our strength, so that we despaired even of life.

2 Corinthians 2:14

14 Now thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumph in Christ, and makes manifest through us the fragrance of the knowledge of him in every place.

2 Corinthians 3:6

6 Who has also made us able ministers of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter kills, but the spirit gives life.

2 Corinthians 4:1

1 Therefore, since we have this ministry by God's mercy, we do not loose heart;

2 Corinthians 4:4

4 For the god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest they should see the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God. 5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus as Lord; and ourselves as your servants for Jesus' sake. 6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the transcendent power may be shown to be from God, and not from us. 8 We are troubled on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; 10 Always carrying about in our body the dying of Jesus, that the life of Jesus might also be made manifest in our body. 11 For we who live are always being delivered over to death for Jesus' sake, that the life of Jesus might also be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 12 So then death works in us, but life in you.

2 Corinthians 4:17

17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, prepares for us an incomparable and eternal weight of glory;

2 Corinthians 5:5

5 Now he who has made us for this very thing is God, who has also given to us the Spirit as a pledge.

2 Corinthians 5:9

9 Therefore we labour, that whether at home or absent, we may please him.

2 Corinthians 5:18-21

18 And all these things are from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

2 Corinthians 5:18-20

18 And all these things are from God, who has reconciled us to himself through Jesus Christ, and has given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting men's sins against them; and he has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:19-21

19 That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting men's sins against them; and he has committed to us the word of reconciliation.

2 Corinthians 5:19-20

19 That is, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not counting men's sins against them; and he has committed to us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as if God were making his appeal through us: we beg you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God.

2 Corinthians 5:20-20

20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as if God were making his appeal through us: we beg you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For our sakes he has made him to be sin, who knew no sin; that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

2 Corinthians 6:1

1 We then, as workers together with him, urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

2 Corinthians 6:4-6

4 But as the ministers of God we commend ourselves in all things; in much endurance, in afflictions, in hardships, in distress, 5 In beatings, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in sleeplessness, in hunger;

2 Corinthians 6:5

5 In beatings, in imprisonments, in tumults, in labours, in sleeplessness, in hunger; 6 By purity, by knowledge, by patience, by kindness, in the Holy Spirit, in unfeigned love, 7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the weapons of righteousness in the right hand and in the left,

2 Corinthians 6:16

16 And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? for we are the temple of the living God; as God has said, I will live in them, and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Therefore, come out from among them, and be separate, says the Lord, and do not touch the unclean thing; and I will welcome you, 18 And will be a Father to you, and you shall be my sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.

2 Corinthians 7:4

4 Great is my confidence in you, great is my pride in you: I am filled with comfort, I am exceedingly joyful in all our tribulation.

2 Corinthians 7:7

7 And not by his coming only, but also by the comfort with which he was comforted in you, when he told us of your earnest desire, your mourning, your zeal for me; so that I rejoiced still more.

2 Corinthians 9:8

8 And God is able to make all grace abound to you; that you, always having enough in all things, may abound in every good work.

2 Corinthians 10:14

14 For we do not stretch beyond our limit, as though we had not reached to you: for we were the first to come as far as to you with the gospel of Christ:

2 Corinthians 11:2

2 For I am jealous of you with a godly jealousy: for I have betrothed you to one husband, that I might present you to Christ as a pure virgin.

2 Corinthians 11:23

23 Are they servants of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more so; in labours more abundant, in beatings beyond number, in prison more frequently, in danger of death often.

2 Corinthians 11:23-27

23 Are they servants of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more so; in labours more abundant, in beatings beyond number, in prison more frequently, in danger of death often. 24 From the Jews I five times received forty lashes less one. 25 Thrice I was beaten with rods, once I was stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have spent in the deep; 26 On frequent journeys, in perils from rivers, in perils from robbers, in perils from my own countrymen, in perils from the Gentiles, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils on the sea, in perils among false brethren; 27 In toil and hardship, in many sleepless nights, in hunger and thirst, often without food, in cold and nakedness.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

9 And he said to me, My grace is sufficient for you: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Therefore, most gladly will I boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore, for Christ's sake, I take pleasure in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in distresses: for when I am weak, then I am strong.

2 Corinthians 13:3

3 Since you seek a proof that Christ is speaking through me. He is not weak in dealing with you, but is mighty among you.

Galatians 1:3

3 Grace to you and peace from God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ,

Galatians 1:15-16

15 But when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother's womb, and called me by his grace, 16 To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the Gentiles; I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood:

Galatians 2:7-8

7 But instead, when they saw that I had been entrusted with the gospel to the uncircumcised, as Peter had been entrusted with the gospel to the circumcised; 8 (For he who worked effectively in Peter in his apostleship to the circumcised, also worked in me for the Gentiles:)

Galatians 2:20

20 I have been crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

Galatians 3:9

9 So then, those who are of faith are blessed with Abraham, the man of faith.

Galatians 3:13

13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having been made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one who hangs on a tree.

Galatians 4:11

11 I am afraid for you, lest I have bestowed labour upon you in vain.

Galatians 4:19

19 My little children, with whom I again suffer birth pains until Christ is formed in you,

Galatians 5:5

5 For we through the Spirit, by faith, wait for the hope of righteousness. 6 For in Jesus Christ neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything; but faith which works through love. 7 You ran well; who hindered you, that you should not obey the truth?

Galatians 5:22

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

Galatians 5:22-23

22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 Gentleness, self-control: against such things there is no law.

Galatians 6:9

9 And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we do not loose heart.

Ephesians 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints who are at Ephesus, the faithful in Christ Jesus:

Ephesians 1:3

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with all spiritual blessings in the heavenly places: 4 Just as he has chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him. In love 5 He predestined us to adoption as sons through Jesus Christ, according to his good pleasure and will, 6 To the praise of his glorious grace, which he freely bestowed upon us in the beloved. 7 In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; 8 Which he has lavished upon us in all wisdom and prudence;

Ephesians 1:10

10 That in the fulness of time he might gather all things together under Christ, both things which are in heaven, and things which are on earth. In him 11 We have also obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his own will:

Ephesians 1:13

13 In him you also, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: having also believed, you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,

Ephesians 1:15

15 Therefore, I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love for all the saints,

Ephesians 1:15-20

15 Therefore, I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love for all the saints, 16 Do not cease to give thanks for you, making mention of you in my prayers; 17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

Ephesians 1:17

17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:

Ephesians 1:17-18

17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 That the eyes of your heart may be enlightened; so you may know what is the hope of his calling, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

Ephesians 1:18-20

18 That the eyes of your heart may be enlightened; so you may know what is the hope of his calling, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

Ephesians 1:18

18 That the eyes of your heart may be enlightened; so you may know what is the hope of his calling, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints,

Ephesians 1:18-18

18 That the eyes of your heart may be enlightened; so you may know what is the hope of his calling, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, 19 And what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe. It is the working of his mighty power,

Ephesians 1:19-20

19 And what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe. It is the working of his mighty power,

Ephesians 1:19

19 And what is the incomparable greatness of his power toward us who believe. It is the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he exerted in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Ephesians 1:20-21

20 Which he exerted in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come. 22 And he has put all things under his feet, and has appointed him to be the head over all things for the church, 23 Which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all things everywhere.

Ephesians 1:23

23 Which is his body, the fulness of him who fills all things everywhere.

Ephesians 2:1-3

1 And you were dead in trespasses and sins; 2 In which you walked in times past, according to the ways of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience. 3 Among them we all lived in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, like the others.

Ephesians 2:3-3

3 Among them we all lived in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, like the others. 4 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of his great love with which he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in transgressions, has made us alive together with Christ, (by grace you are saved;) 6 And has raised us up with him, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might show the incomparable riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not because of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has prepared beforehand for us to do.

Ephesians 2:10-10

10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has prepared beforehand for us to do.

Ephesians 2:12

12 That at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For he is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the wall of hostility between us; 15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, the law of commandments and ordinances; to create in himself one new man in place of two, thus making peace;

Ephesians 2:15-16

15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, the law of commandments and ordinances; to create in himself one new man in place of two, thus making peace; 16 And that he might reconcile both to God, in one body, through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity.

Ephesians 2:16-16

16 And that he might reconcile both to God, in one body, through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. 17 And he came and preached peace to you who were far off, and to those who were near.

Ephesians 2:19

19 Now then, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and members of the household of God;

Ephesians 2:21

21 In whom the whole building is joined together and grows to become a holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom you also are built together into a dwelling of God in the Spirit.

Ephesians 3:1

1 For this reason I, Paul, a prisoner of Christ Jesus for you Gentiles, 2 If indeed you have heard of the stewardship of the grace of God which was given to me for you: 3 That by revelation he made known to me the mystery; as I wrote before briefly. 4 When you read this, you will be able to understand my insight into the mystery of Christ, 5 Which in other ages was not made known to the sons of men as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit; 6 That is, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and sharers together of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel:

Ephesians 3:6-10

6 That is, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs, members of the same body, and sharers together of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel: 7 Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the working of his power.

Ephesians 3:7-10

7 Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the working of his power.

Ephesians 3:7

7 Of which I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given to me by the working of his power. 8 To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, was this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

Ephesians 3:8-10

8 To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, was this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

Ephesians 3:8

8 To me, though I am the very least of all the saints, was this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ; 9 And make all men see what is the plan of the mystery, which from past ages has been hidden in God, who created all things: 10 That now, to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places, the manifold wisdom of God might be known through the church,

Ephesians 3:13

13 Therefore I ask that you not be discouraged at my tribulations for you, which are your glory. 14 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father, 15 From whom every family in heaven and earth is named, 16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

Ephesians 3:16

16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

Ephesians 3:16-17

16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

Ephesians 3:17

17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

Ephesians 3:17-17

17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend, with all the saints, its breadth, and length, and height, and depth; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge, that you might be filled with all the fulness of God. 20 Now to him who is able to do immeasurably beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us,

Ephesians 4:1

1 Therefore I, a prisoner of the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 With all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love;

Ephesians 4:6

6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in all.

Ephesians 4:10

10 He who descended is the same one who ascended far above all the heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave some as apostles; and some as prophets; and some as evangelists; and some as pastors and teachers; 12 For the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry, for the building up of the body of Christ: 13 Until we all attain the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Ephesians 4:13-13

13 Until we all attain the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

Ephesians 4:15-16

15 But speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in all things into him, who is the head, that is, Christ: 16 From whom the whole body, fitted and joined together by that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of every part, causes the body to grow, for the building up of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:16

16 From whom the whole body, fitted and joined together by that which every joint supplies, according to the proper working of every part, causes the body to grow, for the building up of itself in love.

Ephesians 4:18

18 Having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their hearts:

Ephesians 4:21

21 If indeed you have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus,

Ephesians 4:23

23 And be renewed in the spirit of your minds;

Ephesians 4:32

32 And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ has forgiven you.

Ephesians 5:2

2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us, and has given himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice, a sweet smelling aroma to God.

Ephesians 5:4

4 Nor let there be filthiness, or foolish talk, or coarse jesting, which are not proper: but rather giving of thanks.

Ephesians 5:8

8 For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord: walk as children of light; 9 (For the fruit of the Spirit consists in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10 And try to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.

Ephesians 5:15

15 See then that you walk carefully, not as fools, but as wise men,

Ephesians 5:17

17 Therefore, do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is.

Ephesians 5:20

20 Always giving thanks for all things to God the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; 21 Submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ.

Ephesians 5:23

23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church, his body: and he himself is its saviour.

Ephesians 5:27

27 That he might present her to himself a glorious church, without spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that she should be holy and without blemish.

Ephesians 6:6

6 Not with eye-service, as men-pleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;

Ephesians 6:10

10 Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might.

Ephesians 6:12

12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against rulers, against authorities, against the powers of darkness of this world, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Ephesians 6:21

21 Now, that you may also know my affairs, and how I am doing, Tychicus, the beloved brother and faithful minister in the Lord, shall make all these things known to you.

Philippians 1:1

1 Paul and Timothy, servants of Jesus Christ, to all the saints in Christ Jesus who are at Philippi, with the overseers and deacons:

Philippians 1:3-5

3 I thank my God upon every remembrance of you, 4 Always, in every prayer of mine for you all, I make my requests with joy,

Philippians 1:4

4 Always, in every prayer of mine for you all, I make my requests with joy, 5 Because of your fellowship in the gospel from the first day until now;

Philippians 1:9-11

9 And this I pray, that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and in all discernment; 10 That you may approve things that are excellent; that you may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ; 11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are from Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:11

11 Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are from Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 1:15-18

15 Some indeed preach Christ from envy and rivalry; and some also from good will; 16 The later out of love, knowing that I am appointed for the defence of the gospel: 17 The former preach Christ out of selfish ambition, not sincerely, supposing to add affliction to my imprisonment 18 What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretence, or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yea, and will rejoice.

Philippians 1:27

27 Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or am absent, I may hear of you, that you are standing fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel;

Philippians 1:30

30 Having the same conflict which you saw to be mine, and now hear to be mine still.

Philippians 2:6

6 Who, though being in the form of God, did not regard equality with God something to be grasped:

Philippians 2:10

10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth;

Philippians 2:13

13 For it is God who works in you both to will and to do his good pleasure.

Philippians 2:16

16 Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, nor laboured in vain. 17 Even if I am poured out as a drink offering upon the sacrifice and service of your faith, I am glad, and rejoice with you all. 18 In the same way, you also should be glad, and rejoice with me. 19 But I hope in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, that I may also be of good cheer, when I receive news from you. 20 For I have no man like him, of so kindred a spirit, who will genuinely care for your welfare. 21 For all seek after their own interests, not those of Jesus Christ's. 22 But you know he has proven himself, that, as a son with his father, he has served with me in the gospel.

Philippians 2:25

25 Yet I thought it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellow soldier, and your messenger and minister to my needs.

Philippians 3:10

10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, becoming like him in his death;

Philippians 4:6

6 Be anxious about nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Philippians 4:13

13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.

Philippians 4:17

17 Not because I desire a gift: but I desire the fruit that increases to your credit. 18 But I have received all, and abound: I am full, having received from Epaphroditus the things which were sent from you, a fragrant offering, a sacrifice acceptable and well-pleasing to God. 19 And my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Colossians 1:3-4

3 We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you, 4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which you have for all the saints,

Colossians 1:4-4

4 Since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which you have for all the saints, 5 Because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you have already heard in the word of truth, the gospel;

Colossians 1:5

5 Because of the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which you have already heard in the word of truth, the gospel; 6 Which has come to you. In all the world it brings forth fruit and grows, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and understood the grace of God in truth:

Colossians 1:6-6

6 Which has come to you. In all the world it brings forth fruit and grows, as it does also in you, since the day you heard of it, and understood the grace of God in truth:

Colossians 1:9

9 For this reason, since the day we heard it, we do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; 10 That you might walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please him in all things, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Colossians 1:13

13 He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness, and has transferred us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Colossians 1:15

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation: 16 For by him were all things created that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or rulers, or authorities: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and in him all things hold together. 18 He is also the head of the body, the church: he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have preeminence.

Colossians 1:20

20 And through him to reconcile all things to himself, whether things on earth, or things in heaven; having made peace through the blood of his cross. 21 And you who were at one time alienated and enemies in your minds because of wicked deeds, 22 He has now reconciled in his body of flesh through death, to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable in his sight:

Colossians 1:22

22 He has now reconciled in his body of flesh through death, to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable in his sight: 23 If you continue in the faith, grounded and steadfast, and are not moved away from the hope of the gospel which you have heard, which was preached to every creature under heaven; and of which I, Paul, was made a minister. 24 Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up in my flesh that which is lacking in the afflictions of Christ for his body's sake, which is the church: 25 Of which I was made a minister, according to the commission of God, which was given to me for you, to make the word of God fully known;

Colossians 1:27

27 To whom God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the riches of the glory of this mystery; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.

Colossians 2:1

1 For I want you to know what a great struggle I have for you, and for those at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the flesh; 2 That their hearts might be comforted as they are knit together in love, and that they might gain all the riches of the full assurance that comes from understanding, that they may know the mystery of God, of Christ; 3 In whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

Colossians 2:6

6 Therefore, as you have received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him: 7 Rooted and built up in him, and established in the faith, as you have been taught, and abounding with thanksgiving.

Colossians 2:9

9 For in him all the fulness of Deity dwells in bodily form. 10 And you are complete in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.

Colossians 2:10-14

10 And you are complete in him, who is the head of all rule and authority. 11 In him also you were circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Having been buried with him in baptism, you have also risen with him through faith in the working of God, who raised him from the dead. 13 And you, being dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he has made alive together with him, having forgiven us all transgressions;

Colossians 2:13-14

13 And you, being dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he has made alive together with him, having forgiven us all transgressions; 14 Cancelling the bond of debt, with its legal decrees against us, which was contrary to us, and taking it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; 15 And having disarmed rulers and authorities, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Colossians 2:19

19 And not holding fast to the Head, from whom all the body, supported and knit together by its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

Colossians 3:11

11 Here there is neither Greek or Jew, circumcised or uncircumcised, barbarian or Scythian, slave or free: but Christ is all, and in all.

Colossians 3:13

13 Bearing with one another, and forgiving one another. If any man has a complaint against another; just as Christ forgave you, so you do the same.

Colossians 3:15

15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to this; and be thankful. 16 Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God. 17 And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Colossians 3:20

20 Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing to the Lord.

Colossians 4:5

5 Walk in wisdom toward those who are outside, making the most of the time.

Colossians 4:7

7 All my affairs Tychicus shall declare to you; he is a beloved brother, and a faithful minister and fellow servant in the Lord.

Colossians 4:12

12 Epaphras, who is one of you, a servant of Christ, greets you, always labouring fervently for you in prayer, that you may stand firm and fully assured in all the will of God.

1 Thessalonians 1:1

1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, to the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you, and peace. 2 We give thanks to God always for you all, making mention of you in our prayers; 3 Always remembering your work of faith, and labour of love, and endurance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ, in the sight of our God and Father;

1 Thessalonians 1:5

5 For our gospel came to you not in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and with full conviction. You know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.

1 Thessalonians 2:9

9 For you remember, brethren, our toil and hardship: we laboured night and day, because we did not want to burden any of you as we preached to you the gospel of God.

1 Thessalonians 2:12

12 That you would walk in a manner worthy of God, who has called you into his kingdom and glory. 13 For this reason we also thank God without ceasing, because, when you received the word of God which you heard from us, you received it not as the word of men, but as it is in truth, the word of God, which performs its work in you who believe.

1 Thessalonians 3:2

2 And sent Timothy, our brother, and fellow-worker for God in the gospel of Christ, to establish you, and to comfort you in your faith: 3 That no man should be disturbed by these afflictions: for you yourselves know that we are destined for this.

1 Thessalonians 3:3

3 That no man should be disturbed by these afflictions: for you yourselves know that we are destined for this. 4 For truly, when we were with you, we told you beforehand that we should suffer tribulation; just as it came to pass, as you know. 5 For this reason, when I could no longer endure it, I sent to learn of your faith, lest by some means the tempter had tempted you, and our labour might have been in vain. 6 But now that Timothy has come from you to us, and brought us good tidings of your faith and love, and reported that you always remember us kindly, greatly desiring to see us, as we also desire to see you:

1 Thessalonians 3:10-13

10 Night and day praying earnestly that we might see your face, and might supply that which is lacking in your faith? 11 Now may our God and Father himself, and our Lord Jesus, direct our way to you. 12 And may the Lord make you to increase and abound in love toward one another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: 13 So that he may establish your hearts blameless in holiness before God our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus with all his saints.

1 Thessalonians 4:1

1 Furthermore, we urge you, brethren, and exhort you in the Lord Jesus, that as you have learned from us how you ought to walk and to please God, as indeed you are doing, so you would do more and more.

1 Thessalonians 4:6

6 That no man might transgress and defraud his brother in any matter: because the Lord is the avenger in all these things, as we also have told you and warned you. 7 For God has not called us to impurity, but to holiness.

1 Thessalonians 4:9-10

9 But regarding brotherly love you do not need any one to write to you: for you yourselves have been taught by God to love one another. 10 And indeed you do love all the brethren who are in all Macedonia: but we urge you, brethren, that you do so more and more;

1 Thessalonians 5:8

8 But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.

1 Thessalonians 5:12-14

12 And we urge you, brethren, to respect those who labour among you, and are over you in the Lord, and admonish you; 13 And esteem them very highly in love for their work's sake. And be at peace among yourselves. 14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn those who are idle or unruly, encourage the timid, support the weak, be patient toward all.

1 Thessalonians 5:17

17 Pray without ceasing.

2 Thessalonians 1:1

1 Paul, and Silvanus, and Timothy, to the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:

2 Thessalonians 1:3

3 We ought always to thank God for you, brethren, as is fitting, because your faith grows abundantly, and the love of every one of you for each other grows greater;

2 Thessalonians 1:11

11 With this in mind we pray always for you, that our God may count you worthy of his calling, and would with power fulfill every good purpose and work of faith:

2 Thessalonians 2:13

13 But we ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God has from the beginning chosen you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth:

2 Thessalonians 2:16-17

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who has loved us, and has given us eternal comfort and good hope through grace,

2 Thessalonians 2:16

16 Now may our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God our Father, who has loved us, and has given us eternal comfort and good hope through grace, 17 Comfort your hearts, and establish you in every good work and word.

2 Thessalonians 3:8

8 Nor did we eat any man's bread without paying; but with labour and toil we worked night and day, that we might not be a burden to any of you:

1 Timothy 1:1

1 Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the commandment of God our Saviour, and of Jesus Christ, our hope;

1 Timothy 1:12

12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, for he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;

1 Timothy 1:15

15 This is a trustworthy saying, and worthy of full acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am the foremost.

1 Timothy 1:17

17 Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

1 Timothy 2:6

6 Who gave himself as a ransom for all, the testimony at the proper time. 7 And for this I have been appointed a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ and am not lying;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.

1 Timothy 3:2

2 An overseer must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sensible, respectable, given to hospitality, able to teach;

1 Timothy 3:16

16 And beyond question, great is the mystery of godliness: He was revealed in the flesh, vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

1 Timothy 4:6

6 If you point out all these things to the brethren, you shall be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished by the words of faith and of good doctrine, which you have been following.

1 Timothy 6:16

16 Who alone has immortality, dwelling in light which no man can approach; whom no man has seen, nor can see. To him be honour and power and dominion forever. Amen.

2 Timothy 1:3

3 I thank God, whom I serve as my forefathers did, with a pure conscience, as without ceasing I remember you night and day in my prayers.

2 Timothy 1:3-4

3 I thank God, whom I serve as my forefathers did, with a pure conscience, as without ceasing I remember you night and day in my prayers. 4 Remembering your tears, I greatly desire to see you, that I may be filled with joy;

2 Timothy 1:7

7 For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of self-discipline. 8 Therefore, do not be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but share in the afflictions of the gospel, by the power of God;

2 Timothy 1:10

10 But has now been made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who has abolished death, and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. 11 Of this gospel I was appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher, 12 And for this reason I also suffer these things: nevertheless, I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed to him until that day.

2 Timothy 2:1-3

1 Therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2 And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

2 Timothy 2:2-3

2 And the things that you have heard from me among many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3 Therefore endure hardship, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No soldier on active service entangles himself with the affairs of civilian life; that he may please him who has chosen him to be a soldier.

2 Timothy 2:9-10

9 For which I suffer hardship, even wearing chains like a criminal; but the word of God is not in chains. 10 Therefore, I endure all things for the sake of the chosen, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus, with its eternal glory.

2 Timothy 2:10

10 Therefore, I endure all things for the sake of the chosen, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus, with its eternal glory.

2 Timothy 2:24-25

24 And the servant of the Lord must not be quarrelsome; but kind to all, able to teach, forbearing, 25 In gentleness correcting those who oppose him; that God might grant them repentance leading to the knowledge of the truth;

2 Timothy 4:2-5

2 Preach the word; be urgent in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all patience and instruction. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but having itching ears, they shall gather up teachers for themselves to suit their own desires; 4 And they shall turn their ears away from the truth, and shall turn aside to myths. 5 But you, be steady in all things; endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

2 Timothy 4:5-5

5 But you, be steady in all things; endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. 6 For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand.

2 Timothy 4:8

8 Henceforth, there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me on that day: and not only to me, but also to all those who have longed for his appearing.

Titus 1:2

2 Which rests in the hope of eternal life, which God, who cannot lie, promised before the beginning of time;

Titus 1:15-16

15 To the pure all things are pure: but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and consciences are defiled. 16 They profess that they know God; but by their works they deny him; being detestable, and disobedient, and unfit for any good work.

Titus 2:11-12

11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us to deny ungodliness and worldly desires, and live sensibly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Titus 2:14

14 Who gave himself up for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify for himself a people of his own, zealous for good works.

Titus 3:1

1 Remind them to be subject to rulers and authorities, to be obedient, to be ready to do every good work,

Titus 3:3-6

3 For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, slaves to various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy; hated, and hating one another.

Titus 3:3-7

3 For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, deceived, slaves to various lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy; hated, and hating one another. 4 But when the kindness and love of God our Saviour appeared,

Titus 3:4-7

4 But when the kindness and love of God our Saviour appeared, 5 He saved us, not because of works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing by the Holy Spirit;

Titus 3:5-7

5 He saved us, not because of works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing by the Holy Spirit; 6 Whom he poured out upon us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour;

Titus 3:6-7

6 Whom he poured out upon us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; 7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs, having the hope of eternal life.

Titus 3:7

7 That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs, having the hope of eternal life.

Titus 3:14

14 And let our people learn to engage in honest employment, so they may meet urgent needs, and that they may not be unfruitful.

Philemon 1:1

1 Paul, a prisoner of Jesus Christ, and Timothy our brother, to Philemon our beloved fellow labourer,

Philemon 1:4

4 I thank my God always, making mention of you in my prayers, 5 Because I hear of your love and faith, which you have toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all the saints;

Philemon 1:23

23 Greetings to you from Epaphras, my fellow prisoner in Christ Jesus;

Hebrews 1:2

2 Has in these last days spoken to us by his Son, whom he has appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds. 3 He is the brightness of his glory, and the exact representation of his nature, upholding all things by the word of his power. When he had purged our sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high;

Hebrews 1:5-6

5 For to which of the angels has he at any time said, You are my Son, this day I have begotten you? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6 And again, when he brings the firstborn into the world, he says, Let all the angels of God worship him.

Hebrews 1:6-6

6 And again, when he brings the firstborn into the world, he says, Let all the angels of God worship him.

Hebrews 1:10-12

10 And, You, Lord, did lay the foundation of the earth in the beginning; and the heavens are the works of your hands: 11 They shall perish; but you remain; and they shall all grow old as does a garment; 12 And as a mantle you shall fold them up, and they shall be changed: but you are the same, and your years shall never end.

Hebrews 2:10

10 For it was fitting that he, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, should make the author of their salvation perfect through suffering.

Hebrews 2:14

14 Since then, as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he himself also partook of the same; that through death he might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil;

Hebrews 2:17

17 Therefore, in all things he had to be made like his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make atonement for the sins of the people.

Hebrews 3:1

1 Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our profession; 2 Who was faithful to him who appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house. 3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, just as he who has built the house has more honour than the house. 4 For every house has been built by someone; but he who is the builder of all things is God.

Hebrews 3:6

6 But Christ was faithful as a son over his own house, whose house we are, if we hold fast our confidence and our joyful hope.

Hebrews 3:14

14 For we have become partakers of Christ, if we hold our first confidence steadfast to the end;

Hebrews 4:14

14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.

Hebrews 6:10

10 For God is not unrighteous, so as to forget the work and love which you have shown for his name's sake in having ministered to the saints, as you continue to do.

Hebrews 6:19

19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, which enters within the veil;

Hebrews 7:19

19 (For the law made nothing perfect;) but there is the bringing in of a better hope; by which we draw near to God.

Hebrews 9:12

12 Nor by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood, he entered once for all into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption.

Hebrews 9:22

22 Indeed, under the law almost all things are cleansed with blood; and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

Hebrews 10:10

10 And by that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.

Hebrews 10:12-14

Hebrews 10:34-38

34 For you had compassion on the prisoners, and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your goods, knowing that you have a better possession, and an enduring one. 35 Therefore, do not cast away your confidence, which has a great reward. 36 For you have need of endurance, that, after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise.

Hebrews 10:36-38

36 For you have need of endurance, that, after you have done the will of God, you might receive the promise. 37 For yet a little while longer, and he who shall come will come, and will not tarry. 38 But my righteous one shall live by faith: but if any man draws back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.

Hebrews 11:34-38

34 Quenched the power of the raging fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, grew mighty in battle, turned foreign armies to flight. 35 Women received their dead, raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting deliverance; that they might obtain a better resurrection: 36 And others suffered mockings and scourgings, yea, even chains and imprisonment: 37 They were stoned, they were sawn apart, they were tempted, they were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented; 38 (Men of whom the world was not worthy:) they wandered in deserts, and in mountains, and in dens and caves of the earth.

Hebrews 12:1-2

1 Therefore, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which does so easily entangle us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 Looking to Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 12:4

4 You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding your blood in your striving against sin.

Hebrews 12:23

Amen.

James 1:2-4

2 My brethren, count it all joy when you encounter various trials;

James 1:2

2 My brethren, count it all joy when you encounter various trials; 3 Knowing that the trying of your faith produces endurance. 4 And let endurance have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all men liberally, and without reproach; and it shall be given him.

4 You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? whoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.

James 5:7-8

7 Therefore be patient, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, and is patient for it, until it receives the early and the late rains. 8 You also be patient; establish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draws near.

1 Peter 1:2

2 Chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, and sanctified by the Spirit for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood: Grace and peace be multiplied to you.

1 Peter 1:2-3

1 Peter 1:2-5

2 Chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, and sanctified by the Spirit for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood: Grace and peace be multiplied to you. 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who by his abundant mercy has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

1 Peter 1:3-3

1 Peter 1:3

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who by his abundant mercy has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an imperishable and undefiled inheritance, that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you,

1 Peter 1:4-5

4 To an imperishable and undefiled inheritance, that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are guarded by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

1 Peter 1:5

5 Who are guarded by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

1 Peter 1:19-20

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish and without spot: 20 Who was chosen before the foundation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for you, 21 Who through him believe in God, who raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. 22 Since you have purified your souls by obeying the truth, so you have a sincere love of the brethren; love one another fervently from the heart.

1 Peter 1:22

22 Since you have purified your souls by obeying the truth, so you have a sincere love of the brethren; love one another fervently from the heart. 23 You have been born again, not of perishable seed, but of imperishable, by the word of God, which lives and abides forever.

1 Peter 2:2

2 As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow by it in your salvation:

1 Peter 2:9

9 But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God; that you should declare the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.

1 Peter 4:2

2 That he may live the rest of his time in the flesh no longer for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.

1 Peter 5:1

1 I exhort the elders who are among you, as a fellow elder, and as a witness of the sufferings of Christ and as a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:

1 Peter 5:12

12 Through Silvanus, a faithful brother, as I regard him, I have written briefly to you, exhorting, and testifying that this is the true grace of God; stand fast in it.

2 Peter 1:2

2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,

2 Peter 1:2-3

2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord, 3 Whose divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who has called us by his own glory and virtue:

2 Peter 1:6

6 And to knowledge self-control; and to self-control perseverance; and to perseverance godliness;

2 Peter 1:8

8 For if these things are in you, and are increasing, they keep you from being either ineffective or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Peter 1:11

11 For in this way an entrance shall be abundantly provided for you into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

2 Peter 2:18-22

18 For they speak great swelling words of vanity, and allure through the lusts of the flesh, through sensuality, those who are just escaping from the ones who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the slaves of depravity: for by that which a man is overcome, to that he is enslaved. 20 For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled by them, and overcome, they are worse off in the end than at the beginning. 21 For it would have been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, having known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them. 22 But it has happened to them according to the true proverb, The dog returns to its own vomit; and the sow that is washed returns to wallowing in the mire.

2 Peter 3:14

14 Therefore, beloved, seeing that you look for these things, be diligent that you may be found at peace with him, without spot, and blameless. 15 And consider the patience of our Lord to be salvation; just as our beloved brother Paul has written to you, according to the wisdom given to him,

2 Peter 3:18

18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Amen.

1 John 3:1-3

1 Behold, how great is the love the Father has bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God; and so we are. The world does not know us, because it did not know him. 2 Beloved, now we are the sons of God; and what we shall be has not yet been disclosed: but we know that when he shall appear, we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man who has this hope in him purifies himself, just as he is pure.
