¹ Ho, everyone who thirsts, come to the water; and he who has no silver, come buy grain and eat. Yes, come buy grain, wine and milk without silver and with no price.

¹ And Boaz went up to the gate and sat there. And, behold, the near kinsman of whom Boaz had spoken was passing by. And he said, Such a one, turn aside, sit down. And he turned aside and sat down.

¹ To the chief musician. A Contemplation for the sons of Korah. As the deer pants after the channels of water, so my soul pants after You, O God. ² My soul thirsts for God, for the living God; when shall I come and appear before God?

¹ A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, You are my God; I earnestly seek You; my soul thirsts for You; my flesh longs for You, as in a dry and weary land without water.

⁶ I spread out my hands to You; my soul thirsts to You like a thirsty land. Selah.

²¹ she calls at the head of gathering places; in the opening of the gates, in the city she utters her words: ²² How long will you love to be simple, you simple ones? And will scorners desire scorn for themselves? And will fools hate knowledge? ²³ Turn back at my warning; behold, I will pour out my Spirit to you; I will make my words known to you.

⁴ I call to you, O men, and my voice is to the sons of men.

² Let Him kiss me with the kisses of His mouth; for Your loves are better than wine.

⁴ Draw me; we will run after You. The King has brought me into His chambers. We will be glad and rejoice in You; we will remember Your loves more than wine; the upright love You.

¹ I have come into My garden, My sister, My spouse; I have gathered My myrrh with My spice. I have eaten My honeycomb with My honey; I have drunk My wine with My milk. Eat and drink, O friends; yea, drink fully, beloved ones.

¹⁷ The poor and the needy seek water, and there is none; their tongue is parched for thirst. I, Jehovah will hear them; the God of Israel will not leave them. ¹⁸ I will open rivers in bare places, and fountains in the midst of valleys; I will make the desert for a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

³ For I will pour water on a thirsty place, and floods on the dry ground. I will pour My Spirit on your seed, and My blessing on your offspring.

³ For so says Jehovah: You were sold for nothing, and you will not be redeemed with silver.

⁴ We have drunk our water for silver; our wood comes for a price.

⁴ I will heal their backslidings; I will love them freely; for My anger has turned away from him.

¹⁸ And it shall be in that day, the mountains shall drop down new wine, and the hills shall flow with milk, and all the streams of Judah shall flow with waters. And a fountain shall come forth from the house of Jehovah, and it shall water the valley of Shittim.

⁶ Ho! Ho! Flee then from the land of the north, says Jehovah. For I have scattered you as the four winds of the heavens, declares Jehovah.

¹⁵ Jehovah of hosts shall defend them. And they shall devour and trample on the slingstones. And they shall drink and be boisterous, as with wine. And they shall be full like a bowl, like the corners of the altar.

⁷ And Ephraim shall be like a mighty one, and their heart shall be glad as by wine. And their sons shall see and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in Jehovah. ⁸ Heal sick ones, cleanse lepers, raise dead ones, cast out demons. You have freely received, freely give.

⁴⁴ Again, the kingdom of Heaven is compared to treasure hidden in the field, which finding, a man hid; and for the joy of it, he goes and sells all things, as many as he has, and buys that field.

²⁹ But I say to you, I will not at all drink of this fruit of the vine after this until that day when I drink it new with you in the kingdom of My Father.

³ And being short of wine, the mother of Jesus said to Him, They have no wine. ⁴ Jesus said to her, What is that to Me and to you, woman? My hour has not yet come. ⁵ His mother said to the servants, Whatever He says to you, do. ⁶ And there were six stone waterpots standing, according to the purification of the Jews, each containing two or three measures. ⁷ Jesus said to them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them to the top. ⁸ And He said to them, Now draw out and carry to the master of the feast. And they carried it. ⁹ But when the master of the feast tasted the water that had become wine, and did not know from where it was (but the servants drawing the water knew), the master of the feast called the bridegroom, ¹⁰ and he said to him, Every man first sets on the good wine, and when they have drunk freely, then the worse. You have kept the good wine until now.

¹⁰ Jesus answered and said to her, If you knew the gift of God, and who is the One saying to you, Give Me to drink, you would have asked Him, and He would give you living water. ¹¹ The woman said to Him, Sir, you have no vessel, and the well is deep. From where then do you have living water? ¹² Are you greater than our father Jacob who gave us the well, and he and his sons and his livestock drank out of it? ¹³ Jesus answered and said to her, Everyone drinking of this water will thirst again; ¹⁴ but whoever may drink of the water which I will give him will never ever thirst, but the water which I will give to him will become a fountain of water in him, springing up into everlasting life.

³⁷ And in the last day of the great feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. ³⁸ The one believing into Me, as the Scripture said, Out of his belly will flow rivers of living water. No OT passage

²⁴ being justified freely by His grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus,

² I gave you milk to drink, and not food, for you were not then able, but neither now are you yet able.

⁴ But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, ⁵ even we being dead in sins, He made us alive together with Christ (by grace you are being saved), ⁶ and raised us up together and seated us together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus, ⁷ that He might show in the coming ages the exceeding great riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. ⁸ For by grace you are saved, through faith, and this not of yourselves; it is the gift of God;

² as newborn babes desire the pure soul-nourishing milk, that you may grow by it;

¹⁸ I advise you to buy from Me gold having been fired by fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, and your shame and nakedness may not be revealed. And anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see.

⁶ And He said to me, It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the Ending. To the one thirsting, I will freely give of the fountain of the water of life.

¹ And he showed me a pure river of water of life, bright as crystal, coming forth out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

¹⁷ And the Spirit and the bride say, Come! And the one hearing, let him say, Come! And the one thirsting, let him come; and the one desiring, let him take of the water of life freely.
