¹ And Jehovah visited Sarah as He had said. And the Lord did to Sarah as He had spoken.

¹⁶ and I have blessed her and have also given to you a son from her. Yea, I have blessed her and she shall become nations; kings of people shall be from her.

¹⁹ And God said, Your wife Sarah truly shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac. And I have established My covenant with him for a perpetual covenant with his seed after him.

²¹ And I will establish My covenant with Isaac, whom Sarah shall bear to you at this time next year.

¹⁰ And He said, I will certainly return to you at the time of life; and, Behold! A son shall be to your wife Sarah. And Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, and it was behind Him.

¹⁴ Is anything too difficult for Jehovah? At the appointed time I will return to you, at the time of life, and there will be a son to Sarah.

²⁴ And Joseph said to his brothers, I am dying, and God will surely visit you and bring you up from this land to the land which He swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

¹⁶ Go, and gather the elders of Israel and say to them, Jehovah the God of your fathers has appeared to me, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, I have surely visited you and have seen what is done to you in Egypt.

³¹ And the people believed. And they heard that Jehovah had visited the sons of Israel, and that He had seen their affliction. And they bowed and worshiped.

⁵ you shall not bow to them, and you shall not serve them; for I am Jehovah your God, a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of fathers on sons, on the third and on the fourth generation, to those that hate Me;

⁶ And she rose up, she and her daughters-in-law, and turned back from the fields of Moab. For she had heard in the fields of Moab that Jehovah had visited His people, to give food to them.

²¹ So Jehovah visited Hannah, and she conceived and bore three sons and two daughters. And the boy Samuel grew up with Jehovah.

⁶ The words of Jehovah are pure words, like silver refined in an earthen furnace, purified seven times.

⁴ Remember me, Jehovah, with the favor of Your people; O visit me with Your salvation,

³⁵ The heaven and the earth will pass away, but My words will never ever pass away.

⁶⁸ Blessed be the Lord, the God of Israel, because He visited and worked redemption for His people.

⁴⁴ and will tear you down, and your children in you, and will not leave a stone on a stone, because you did not know the time of your visitation.

¹⁷ according as it has been written, "I have appointed you a father of many nations;" before God, whom he believed, the One making the dead live, and calling the things that are not as if they were. Gen. 15:5 ¹⁹ And being about a hundred years old, not weakening in faith, he did not consider his body to have died already, nor yet the death of Sarah's womb, ²⁰ and did not stagger by unbelief at the promise of God, but was empowered by faith, giving glory to God,

²³ But, indeed, he of the slave woman has been born according to flesh, and he out of the free woman through the promise,

²⁸ But, brothers, we are children of promise according to Isaac.
