¹ He who seeks his own desire separates himself and quarrels with all evidence. ² A fool has no delight in discernment; but to expose his heart. ³ When the wicked come, then also comes disrespect; and with abasement, reproach. ⁴ The words of the mouth of a man are as deep waters, and the fountain of wisdom as a gushing wadi. ⁵ It is not good - to lift the face of the wicked - to pervert the just in judgment. ⁶ The lips of a fool enter contention and his mouth calls for poundings. ⁷ The mouth of a fool is his ruin and his lips the snare of his soul. ⁸ The words of a whisperer inflame - descending to the chambers of the belly. ⁹ He also who slacks his work is brother to a master of ruin. ¹⁰ The name of Yah Veh is a tower of strength; the just run to it and are lofted. ¹¹ The wealth of the rich is his city of strength - as a lofted wall in his own imagination. ¹² At the face of the breech the heart of man is lifted; at the face of honor is humility. ¹³ He who responds to a word ere he hears - folly and shame to him. ¹⁴ The spirit of a man sustains his disease; and a stricken spirit who can bear? ¹⁵ The heart of the discerning chattelizes knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge. ¹⁶ The gift of a human enlarges him - leads him at the face of the great. ¹⁷ He who presents his own defence first, is just; and his friend comes and probes him. ¹⁸ The pebble causes contentions to shabbathize and separates between the mighty. ¹⁹ A brother rebelled against, is as a city of strength; and their contentions, as the bars of a citadel. ²⁰ The belly of man satiates with the fruit of his mouth - satiates with the produce of his lips. ²¹ Death and life are in the hand of the tongue; and they who love it eat the fruit thereof. ²² Whoever finds a woman finds good and produces pleasure from Yah Veh. ²³ The impoverished word supplications; and the rich answer strongly. ²⁴ A man with friends shows himself friendly; and there is a lover who adheres closer than a brother.

¹⁶ For how is it known here that I and your people find charism in your eyes? Is it not in that you go with us? And we are distinguished, I and your people, from all the people on the face of the earth.

¹ My son, if you take my sayings and hide my misvoth with you ² - to hearken your ear to wisdom and spread your heart to discernment; ³ yes, if you call after discernment and give your voice for discerning; ⁴ if you seek her as silver and search for her as hid treasures ⁵ - then you discern the awe of Yah Veh and find the knowledge of Elohim. ⁶ For Yah Veh gives wisdom - from his mouth knowledge and discernment:

¹⁰ The heart knows bitterness of soul; and a stranger mingles not with his cheerfulness.

¹⁴ The beginning of strife is as a bursting of water leave off contention ere it faces a quarrel.

³ Honor to the man who shabbathizes from strife; and every fool quarrels.

¹⁹ A talebearer exposes private counsel; meddle not with him who entices with his lips.

²¹ My son, awe Yah Veh and the sovereign; meddle not with them who reiterate;

¹⁷ He who passes by and meddles with strife not his, is as one upholding a dog by the ears:

⁸ Yes, in the way of your judgments, O Yah Veh, we await you; the desire of our soul is to your name and to your memorial. ⁹ With my soul I desire you in the night; yes, with my spirit within me I seek you early: for when your judgments are in the earth, the settlers of the world learn justness.

¹⁷ I neither sat in the private counsel of ridiculers nor jumped for joy: I sat alone because of your hand: for you filled me with rage.

³ and to say to the priests in the house of Yah Veh Sabaoth and to the prophets, saying, Weep I, in the fifth month, separating myself, as I worked these so many years?

¹¹ He answers them, saying, Because you are given to know the mysteries of the sovereigndom of the heavens; but they are not given:

THE PARABLE OF THE SECRETED TREASURE
Again, the sovereigndom of the heavens is likened to treasure secreted in a field: which, when a human finds, he secretes; and for cheer thereof goes and sells all - as much as he has, and markets that field.

And very early morning, still extremely night, he rises and goes and departs to a desolate place; and there he prays:

¹¹ And he words to them, You are given to know the mystery of the sovereigndom of Elohim: but to them outside, all these become in parables:

So come out from among them, and be set apart, words Yah Veh, and touch not the impure; and I also receive you,

¹⁵ So see that you walk precisely - not as unwise, but as wise, ¹⁶ marketing the season because the days are evil. ¹⁷ So be not thoughtless, but comprehend the will of Adonay.

¹⁹ who set boundaries; soulical, not having the Spirit.

ORACLE OF BILAM TO THE SON OF BEOR
And he lifts his proverb and says, - an oracle of Bilam the son of Beor - an oracle of the master whose eyes were shut but now unveiled: ¹⁶ - an oracle of him who hears the sayings of El and knows the knowledge of Elyon: who sees the vision of Shadday, falling, with eyes uncovered:

BOOK I
Blithe - the man who neither walks in the counsel of the wicked, nor stands in the way of sinners, nor settles in the settlement of the scornful. ² But his delight is in the torah of Yah Veh; and in his torah he meditates day and night;

⁷ to awe of Yah Veh is the beginning of knowledge; fools disrespect wisdom and discipline.

²² Until when, O gullible, love you gullibility? and scorners delight in their scorning? and fools hate knowledge?

²³ A subtle human covers knowledge; and the heart of fools calls, Folly!

¹⁶ All the subtle work with knowledge; and a fool spreads folly.

¹⁶ Why is there a price in the hand of a fool to chattelize wisdom, when he has no heart for it?

³ yes also, when a fool walks by the way, his heart fails, and he says to every one that he is a fool.

³⁴ and behold, the whole city comes to meet Yah Shua: and they see him, and beseech him to depart from their boundaries:

IDOL SACRIFICES
And concerning idol sacrifices: We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs, but love edifies.

¹² Even thus, since you are zealous of spirits, seek that you superabound to edify the ecclesia.

¹⁵ Indeed some even preach the Messiah through envy and contention; and some also through well-approval:

¹⁵ who forsake the straight way and wander; following the way of Bilam of Beor who loved the rewards of injustice; ¹⁶ and was reproofed for his own torah violations: the voiceless burro uttering in a human voice forbad the insanity of the prophet. ¹⁷ These are waterless fountains - clouds driven by a whirlwind to whom the mist of darkness is guarded to the eons. ¹⁸ For by uttering overbulgings of vanity, through the pantings of the flesh, by lechery, they entrap them, who indeed escaped from them who remain in seduction. ¹⁹ While they pre-evangelize liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for by whom anyone is belittled, by him is he subservient.

³⁰ Then Shaul kindles his wrath against Yah Nathan and he says to him, You son of the perverted rebellious, know I not that you chose the son of Yishay to your own shame and to the shame of the nakedness of your mother?

⁴ Hear, O our Elohim; for we are disrespected: turn their reproach on their own head and give them for plunder in the land of captivity:

⁹ for the zeal of your house eats me; and the reproaches of them who reproach you fall on me.

²⁰ Reproach breaks my heart; I am full of heaviness; I await someone to wag, and there is no one; and for sighers, and I find none.

³ Grant us charism, O Yah Veh, grant us charism; for we abundantly satiate with disrespectsake ⁴ our soul abundantly satiates with the derision of them who relax - with the disrespect of the pompous.

² Arrogance comes; abasement comes: and with the humble is wisdom.

¹⁰ Exile the scorner and contention goes out; yes, pleading and abasement shabbathize.

¹⁶ When the wicked abound, rebellions abound; and the just see their ruin.

³⁹ And those passing by blaspheme him, wagging their heads ⁴⁰ and wording, You who disintegrates the nave and builds it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Son of Elohim, descend from the stake! ⁴¹ Likewise also the archpriests with the scribes and elders mock him, wording, ⁴² He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the sovereign of Yisra El, have him now descend from the stake; and we trust in him. ⁴³ He confides in Elohim; have him rescue him now - if he wills: for he says, I am the Son of Elohim. ⁴⁴ - the thieves staked with him also reproach him.

⁴ wherein they think it strange that you not rush to their effusion of dissipation, blaspheming:

¹⁴ If you are reproached in the name of Messiah, Blessed! - because the spirit of glory and of Elohim rests upon you: on their part he is indeed blasphemed, but on your part he is glorified.

² I open my mouth in a proverb; I gush riddles of antiquity

¹¹ The mouth of the just is a fountain of life; and violence covers the mouth of the wicked.

¹⁴ The torah of the wise is a fountain of life to turn aside from the snares of death.

²² Comprehension is a fountain of life to its master; and the discipline of fools is folly.

⁵ Counsel in the heart of man is as deep water; and the man of discernment bails.

YAH SHUA DENOUNCES THE SCRIBES AND PHARISEES
O progeny of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good? For the mouth speaks from the super abundance of the heart:

¹⁴ but whoever drinks of the water I give never ever thirsts to the eons; but the water I give becomes a fountain of water in him springing up to eternal life.

³⁸ whoever trusts in me, exactly as the scripture says, from his belly flows streams of living water. ³⁹ And he says this concerning the Spirit whom those trusting in him are about to take: for the Holy Spirit is not yet because Yah Shua is not yet glorified.

¹⁶ that the word of the Messiah indwell you richly in all wisdom; doctrinating and reminding yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual odes, singing in charism in your hearts to Adonay.

⁶ - your word always in charism seasoned with salt, so that you know how you must answer each one.

¹⁵ Neither work wickedness in judgment nor exalt the face of the poor nor esteem the face of the greater: but judge your friend in justness:

¹⁶ And I misvahed your judges at that time, saying, Hearken between your brothers and judge justness between every man and his brother and the sojourner with him: ¹⁷ recognize not faces in judgment; and hear the small as well as the great: fear not the face of man; for the judgment is of Elohim: and for the word that is too hard for you, approach me and I hear it.

¹⁹ Neither deviate judgment nor recognize faces nor take a bribe: for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and perverts the words of the just.

² until when judge you wickedly and lift the faces of the wicked? Selah.

¹⁵ He who justifies the wicked and he who judges wicked the just - even they both are abhorrence to Yah Veh.

²³ These also to the wise: It is not good to recognize faces in judgment.

²¹ To respect faces is not good; for, for a morsel of bread, the mighty rebel.

²³ who justify the wicked for a bribe, and turn aside the justness of the just from him!

¹⁴ and judgment removes backward and justness stands afar off: for truth falters in the broadway and straightforwardness cannot enter.

³ to do evil with both palms well-pleasingly, the governor and the judge ask for satisfaction; and the great words of the mischief of his soul: thus they pervert.

¹⁶ and they apostolize their disciples with the Herodians to him, wording, Doctor, we know you are true, and doctrinate the way of Elohim in truth; and you concern not about anyone: for you look not on the face of humanity:

¹⁶ The vexation of a fool is known in a day; and the subtle cover abasement.

¹⁰ Arrogance gives strife; and with the counseled is wisdom.

³ In the mouth of the fool is a rod of pomp; and the lips of the wise guard them.

¹⁶ The wise awes and turns aside from evil; and the fool passes on, confident.

²⁷ a man of Beli Yaal digs evil; and in his lips, as an inflamed fire: ²⁸ a man of perversions sends strife; and a whisperer separates chiliarchs:

¹⁹ One of harsh wrath must bear the penalty; for if you rescue him, you must do it again.

²⁹ Judgments are prepared for scorners; and poundings for the back of fools.

²⁴ Neither befriend a master of fury; nor go with a man of fury; ²⁵ lest you be taught his ways and take a snare to your soul.

²⁴ Better, to settle in the corner of the roof than with a contentious woman in a community house.

³ A stone is heavy and the sand weighty; and the vexation of a fool is heavier than both.

⁹ A wise man judges a foolish man; he quivers; he ridicules; there is no rest.

³⁵ and so be it, when he sees her, he rips his clothes and says, Aha, my daughter! In kneeling, I kneel and you become the one for whom I kneel: for I gaped my mouth to Yah Veh and I cannot turn back.

²⁴ and that day the men of Yisra El exact. And Shaul oaths the people, saying, Cursed is the man who eats bread until evening, and I become avenged on my enemies. - and none of the people taste bread. ²⁵ And all the land comes to a forest; and there is honey on the face of the field: ²⁶ and the people come to the forest, and behold, a flowing of honey; and no man reaches his hand to his mouth: for the people awe the oath. ²⁷ And Yah Nathan heard not his father oath the people with the oath: and he sends forth the end of the rod in his hand and dips it in a forest; and returns his hand to his mouth: and his eyes enlighten. ²⁸ Then a man of the people answers, and says, In oathing, your father oathed the people with an oath, saying, Cursed is the man who eats food this day: and the people flutter. ²⁹ Then Yah Nathan says, My father troubles the land: see, I beseech you, how my eyes enlighten, because I tasted a little of this honey. ³⁰ and if in eating, the people had eaten today of the spoil of their enemies which they found: because now, is not the stroke greatened among the Peleshethiy? ³¹ And that day they smite the Peleshethiy from Michmash to Ayalon: and the people flutter mightily: ³² and the people work on the spoil and take flock and oxen and sons of oxen and slaughter them on the earth: and the people eat them with the blood. ³³ And they tell Shaul, saying, Behold, the people sin against Yah Veh in that they eat with the blood. And that night all the people bring near the ox of every man in his hand and slaughters there: ³⁵ and Shaul builds a sacrifice altar to Yah Veh: and he begins to build a sacrifice altar to Yah Veh. ³⁶ And Shaul says, We descend after the Peleshethiy by night and plunder them until the morning light that not a man of them survives. And they say, Work whatever seems good in your eyes. And the priest says, Approach hither to Elohim. ³⁷ And Shaul asks counsel of Elohim, Descend I after the Peleshethiy? Give you them into the hand of Yisra El? - and he answers him not that day. ³⁸ And Shaul says, Draw near here, all you chiefs of the people: and know and see wherein this sin becomes this day. ³⁹ For, Yah Veh lives, who saves Yisra El, though it be in Yah Nathan my son, in dying, he dies. - and not a man among all the people answers him. ⁴⁰ Then he says to all Yisra El, You - you are on one side and I and Yah Nathan my son are on one side. And the people say to Shaul, Work what seems good in your eyes. ⁴¹ And Shaul says to Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El, Show integrity. And they capture Shaul and Yah Nathan: and the people go. ⁴² And Shaul says, Fell between me and Yah Nathan my son. And they capture Yah Nathan. ⁴³ Then Shaul says to Yah Nathan, Tell me what you worked. And Yah Nathan tells him and says, In tasting, I tasted a little honey with the end of the rod in my hand; behold, I die. ⁴⁴ And Shaul says, Elohim works thus and adds also: for in dying, you die, Yah Nathan. ⁴⁵ And the people say to Shaul, Yah Nathan - who worked this great salvation in Yisra El - die? Far be it: Yah Veh lives, not one hair of his head falls to the earth; for he worked with Elohim this day. - and the people redeem Yah Nathan, that he not die. ⁴⁶ Then Shaul ascends from after the Peleshethiy: and the Peleshethiy go to their own place:

⁸ they trip on their own tongue; all who see them flee.

⁹ As for the heads of them who surround me, cover them with the toil of their own lips;

² snare yourself by the sayings of your mouth, capture yourself by the sayings of your mouth;

⁸ The wise in heart take misvoth; and a fool of lips falls.

¹⁴ The wise treasure knowledge; and the mouth of the fool is near ruin.

¹³ The snare of evil is by the rebellion of lips; and the just come from tribulation.

³ He who guards his mouth guards his soul; he who spreads his lips has ruin.

¹¹ If the serpent bites without enchantment; a master of tongue advantages not. ¹² The words of the mouth of the wise have charism; and the lips of a fool swallow. ¹³ The beginning of the words of his mouth, folly; and the finality of his talk, evil madness. ¹⁴ A fool abounds words; humanity knows not what; and what is after him? Who can tell?

²³ - and he oaths to her, Whatever you ask of me, I give You, to the half of my sovereigndom. ²⁴ And she goes, and says to her mother, What ask I? And she says, The head of Yahn the Baptizer. ²⁵ And straightway she enters with diligence to the sovereign and asks, wording, I will that you give me, immediately on a platter, the head of Yahn the Baptizer. ²⁶ And the sovereign becomes extremely sorrowful; yet for sake of his oath, and for the sakes of them who repose with him, he wills to not set her aside. ²⁷
HEROD HAS YAHN THE BAPTIZER BEHEADED
And straightway the sovereign apostolizes a speculator and orders him to bring his head: and he goes and beheads him in the guardhouse; ²⁸ and brings his head on a platter and gives it to the maiden: and the maiden gives it to her mother:

¹⁴ And they come to the archpriests and elders, and say, We anathematized ourselves under a great anathema, to taste naught until we slaughter Paulos: ¹⁵ so now you and the sanhedrim manifest to the chiliarch to bring him down to you tomorrow - as though to know more exactly about him: and ere he approaches, we are prepared to take him out. ¹⁶ And the son of the sister of Paulos hears of their lurking, and he comes and enters the encampment and evangelizes to Paulos. ¹⁷ And Paulos calls one of the centurions to him, and says, Bring this youth to the chiliarch: for he has somewhat to evangelize to him. ¹⁸ So indeed he takes him, and brings him to the chiliarch, and says, Paulos the prisoner called me to him, and asked me to bring this youth to you - who has somewhat to speak to you. ¹⁹ And the chiliarch takes him by the hand, and withdraws privately, and asks him, What have you to evangelize to me? ²⁰ And he says, The Yah Hudiym covenanted to ask you to bring Paulos down to the sanhedrim tomorrow, as though to enquire somewhat more exactly of him: ²¹ so let them not convince you: for more than forty of their men lurk for him, who anathematized themselves to neither eat nor drink until they take him out: and now they are prepared - awaiting a pre-evangelism from you. ²² So indeed, the chiliarch releases the youth, and evangelizes him, You, divulge to no one that you manifest these to me.

¹⁶ neither be a talebearer among your people: nor stand against the blood of your friend; I - Yah Veh.

² The tongue fabricates calamities - as a sharpened razor, working deceitfully.

³ who pointen their tongue as a sword and aim their arrows, bitter words: ⁴ to shoot the integrious from the coverts; shoot suddenly, and not awe.

¹⁸ The babbler is like the stabs of a sword; and the tongue of the wise is healing.

²⁸ a man of perversions sends strife; and a whisperer separates chiliarchs:

²⁰ Where the final timber is, the fire goes out; thus where no whisperer is, the strife subsides. ²¹ As coals to coals, and timber to fire; thus a contentious man to scorch strife. ²² The words of a whisperer inflame; and they descend into the chambers of the belly.

²⁹ I am a brother to monsters and a friend to daughters of the owl.

⁴ He who works a deceitful palm impoverishes; and the hand of the decisive enriches.

²⁰ Be not among carousers of wine - among gluttons of flesh; ²¹ for the carouser and the glutton become dispossessed; and drowsiness enrobes with shreds.

³⁰ I passed by the field of the man of sloth and by the vineyard of the human lacking heart; ³¹ and behold, it all ascends with thistles and nettles cover the face and the stone wall is broken down. ³² Then I see and set my heart well - I see and take discipline. ³³ A little sleep; a little drowsiness; a little clasping of the hands to lie down: ³⁴ and so be your poverty as one who travels; and your lack as a man with buckler.

²⁴ Whoever strips his father or his mother and says, It is no rebellion! - is the companion of a man ruiner.

²⁶ His adoni answers him, saying, You evil and slothful servant, you know I harvest where I spore not, and gather together where I scatter not:

¹³ And not many days after the younger son gathers all together and goes abroad to a distant region; and there squanders his substance with dissipative living ¹⁴ and he spends it all: and a mighty famine becomes in that region; and he begins to lack:

YAH SHUA ON THE THOUGHTFUL ADMINISTRATOR
And he also words to his disciples, A rich human has an administrator; who is accused of squandering his holdings: ² and he voices out to him, and says to him, What hear I concerning you? Give word of your administration; for you are not still my administrator.

¹¹ not slothful in diligence; zealous in spirit; serving Adonay in season;

¹² to not be sluggish, but mimickers of them, who through trust and patience, inherit the pre-evangelisms.

¹ And so be it, Abram is a son of ninety years and nine years and Yah Veh is seen by Abram and says to him, I am El Shadday; walk at my face and be integrious:

¹¹ rescue me, I beseech you, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esav: for I awe him, lest he comes and smites me and the mother with the sons.

²⁸ And he says, Your name is said no more Yaaqov, but Yisra El: for you prevail with Elohim and with men - and prevail. ²⁹ And Yaaqov asks him and says, Tell me, I beseech you, your name. And he says, Why ask you my name? - and he blesses him there.

¹³ And Mosheh says to Elohim, Behold, I come to the sons of Yisra El and say to them, The Elohim of your fathers has sent me to you; and they say to me, What is his name? ³ and I was seen by Abraham, by Yischaq and by Yaaqov as El Shadday; but I was not known to them by my name Yah Veh:

⁵ And Yah Veh descends in the cloud and stands with him there and proclaims the name of Yah Veh: ⁶ and Yah Veh passes by in front of his face and calls, Yah Veh! Yah Veh El! Merciful and charismatic, slow to wrath and great in mercy and truth, ⁷ guarding mercy for thousands, bearing perversity and rebellion and sin: and in exonerating, exonerates not; visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons and on the sons of the sons to the third and to the fourth.

⁶ and David is mighty depressed; for the people say of stoning him, because the soul of all the people embitters - every man for his sons and for his daughters. And David strengthens in Yah Veh his Elohim;

³ the Elohim of my rock - in him I seek refuge: my buckler and the horn of my salvation; my secure loft and my retreat; my saviour - you save me from violence.

⁴⁵ sons of the stranger deceive me; at the hearing of the ear they hearken to me: ⁴⁶ sons of the stranger wither - they gird their borders. ⁴⁷ Yah Veh lives; blessed - my rock; and exalted - the Elohim of the rock of my salvation.

⁵¹ He greatens salvation for his sovereign: and works mercy to his anointed - to David and to his seed eternally.

² Yah Veh is my rock and my stronghold and my escape; my El, my rock in whom I seek refuge; my buckler and the horn of my salvation; my secure loft.

¹ By David. Yah Veh is my light and my salvation; whom dread I? Yah Veh is the stronghold of my life; whom dread I?

³ The day I awe, I confide in you: ⁴ In Elohim I halal his word; in Elohim I confide: I awe not what flesh works to me.

³ For you are a refuge for me - a tower of strength from the face of the enemy: ⁴ I sojourn in your tent eternally; I seek refuge in the covert of your wings. Selah.

² I say of Yah Veh, My refuge and my stronghold; my Elohim; in him I confide:

⁴ You, confide in Yah Veh eternally: for in Yah Yah Veh is an eternal rock:

¹⁵ For thus says the high and lifted One who tabernacles eternally - whose name is Holy; I tabernacle in the high and holy and with the crushed and lowly spirit - to enliven the spirit of the lowly, and to enliven the heart of the crushed.

⁶ In his days Yah Hudah is saved, and Yisra El dwells confidently: and this is his name whereby he is called, Yah Veh Sidqenuw.

¹⁹ Yah Veh Adonay is my valour and he sets my feet as the hinds; and he has me tread on my bamahs. To his eminence, with my strummers.

²³ Behold, a virgin has in womb and births a son; and they call his name Immanu El, which translates, Elohim with us. ^{Isaiah 7:14}

⁸ I AM the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the completion/shalom, words Yah Veh, who is and who was and who is coming - Sabaoth.

³¹ For their rock is not as our Rock, as even our enemies themselves judge.

²⁴ If I set gold my hope or said to the ore, My confidence! ²⁵ if I cheer because my valuables are great and because my hand found much;

⁶ They who confide in their valuables - in the abundance of their riches halal themselves. ⁷ In redeeming, man neither redeems his brother, nor gives Elohim a koper/an atonement for him; ⁸ and esteemed is the redemption of their soul: and ceases eternally; ⁹ and still he lives in perpetuity and sees not the pit of ruin.

⁵ Also, El pulls you down in perpetuity - takes you and uproots you from your tent - uproots you from the land of the living. Selah. ⁶ And the just see and awe; and laugh at him: ⁷ behold the mighty who sets not Elohim as his stronghold - who confides in the abundance of his riches - who strengthens himself in his calamity.

¹⁰ Neither confide in oppression nor rob in vain; if your valuables flourish, set not your heart. ¹¹ Elohim worded once; twice I heard this; that strength is with Elohim;

¹⁵ The wealth of the rich is his city of strength; the ruin of the poor is their poverty.

⁴ Wealth benefits not in the day of fury; and justness rescues from death.

¹² for wisdom is a shadow; silver is a shadow; and the advantage of knowledge, wisdom enlivens its masters!

¹⁹ and say to my soul, Soul, you have vast goods laid for many years; Rest! Eat! Drink! Rejoice! ²⁰ And Elohim says to him, Thoughtless! This night your soul is required of you: so whose are those that you prepared? ²¹ Thus is he who treasures for himself, and is not rich toward Elohim.

And so be it, after Yah Veh words these words to Iyob, Yah Veh says to Eli Phaz the Temaniy, I kindle my wrath against you and against your two friends; for you word not of me what is established - as my servant Iyob. ⁸ And now, take seven bullocks and seven rams and go to my servant Iyob and holocaust yourselves a holocaust; and my servant Iyob prays for you; as for him, I lift from his face; so as not to work folly with you - in that you word not of me what is established, as my servant Iyob. ⁹ And Eli Phaz the Temaniy and Bildad the Shuachiy and Sophar the Naamahiy go and work according as Yah Veh words them; and Yah Veh lifts the face of Iyob. ¹⁰
YAH VEH DOUBLES THE SUBSTANCE OF IYOB
And Yah Veh turns the captivity of Iyob, in praying for his friends; and Yah Veh adds to Iyob twice as much as he had faced. ¹¹ Then all his brothers and all his sisters and all who knew his face come to him and eat bread with him in his house; and they wag with him and sigh over him - over all the evil Yah Veh brought on him; and every man gives him one ingot and every man one nosering of gold. ¹² And Yah Veh blesses the finality of Iyob more than his beginning; for he has fourteen thousand flocks and six thousand camels and a thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand she burros: ¹³ and he has seven sons and three daughters. ¹⁴ And he called the name of the first, Yemima; and the name of the second, Kezia; and the name of the third, Qeren Hap Puch. ¹⁵ And in all the land they find no women as beautiful as the daughters of Iyob; and their father gives them inheritance among their brothers. ¹⁶ After this Iyob lives a hundred and forty years and sees his sons and the sons of his sons - four generations. ¹⁷ And Iyob dies - aged and satisfied of days.

³³ The awe of Yah Veh is the discipline of wisdom; and at the face of honor is humility.

¹⁸ Pomp is at the face of the breech and a lifted spirit is at the face of the stumble.

²³ The pomp of humanity abases; and honor upholds the abased in spirit.

⁵ Then I say, Woe is me! for I am mute; because I am a man of foul lips and I settle midst a people of fouled lips: for my eyes see the Sovereign, Yah Veh Sabaoth. ⁶ Then one of the seraphim flies to me with a hot stone in his hand - which he took with the tongs from off the sacrifice altar: ⁷ and he touches it on my mouth, and says, Behold, this touches your lips; and your perversity is turned aside, and your sin is kapared/atoned. ⁸
THE COMMISSION OF YESHA YAH
And I hear the voice of Adonay, saying, Whom send I? and, Who goes for us? And I say, Here - I! Send me! ⁹ And he says, Go, and say to this people, In hearing, you hear, and discern not; and in seeing, you see, and know not. ¹⁰ Fatten the heart of this people and burden their ears and stroke their eyes; lest they see with their eyes and hear with their ears and discern with their heart - and convert and heal. ¹¹ Then I say, Adonay, until when? And he says, Until the cities waste away without settler, and the houses without humanity, and the soil wastes - a desolation; ¹² and Yah Veh removes humanity far off, with a great forsaking midst the land. ¹³ And yet there is a tenth therein that returns to burn as an oak tree and as an oak with its stump, when they cast: the holy seed is the stump.

⁴⁹ Behold, this is the perversity of your sister Sedom: pomp, sufficiency of bread, and the serenity of resting are in her and in her daughters, she strengthens not the hand of the humble and needy: ⁵⁰ and they lift themselves and work abhorrence at my face: and I turn them aside when I see.

And Satan goes from the face of Yah Veh and smites Iyob with evil ulcers from the sole of his foot to his scalp. ⁸ And he takes a potsherd to scrape himself; and he settles among the ashes. ⁹ And his woman says to him, You still uphold your integrity! Bless Elohim and die. ¹⁰ And he says to her, You word as one of the foolish word. yes, take we good at the hand of Elohim - and not take evil? - in all this Iyob sinned not with his lips.

⁴ for the arrows of Shadday are within me, whereof the poison drinks up my spirit; the terrors of Elohah line up against me.

¹⁴ and you terrify me with dreams and frighten me through visions; ¹⁵ so that my soul chooses strangling and death rather than my bones.

¹⁵ If I be wicked, woe to me; and if I be justified, yet I lift not my head. I satiate with abasement; you see my humiliation; ¹⁶ for it rises; you hunt me as a roaring lion; you turn back; you show yourself marvellous in me; ¹⁷ you renew your witnesses against me and abound your vexation with me; changes and hostility are against me.

⁹ What gain is there in my blood when I descend to the pit of ruin? Does dust spread hands to you? - tell your truth? ¹⁰ Hear, O Yah Veh, and grant me charism; O Yah Veh, be my helper.

³ When I hush, my bones become worn through my roaring all day long: ⁴ when by day and night your hand is heavy on me; my moisture turns into the parch of summer. Selah.

² for your arrows penetrate me and your hand penetrates me. ³ There is neither integrity in my flesh at the face of your rage; nor any shalom in my bones at the face of my sin. ⁴ For my perversities pass over my head; as a heavy burden, too heavy for me:

¹⁰ With murder in my bones, my tribulators reproach me; all day they say to me, Where is your Elohim? ¹¹ Why prostrate, O my soul? Why roar within me? Hope in Elohim; for I spread hands to him - the salvation of my face and my Elohim.

³ - because of the voice of the enemy at the face of the oppression of the wicked: for they topple mischief on me; in wrath they oppose me.

⁵ awe and trembling come on me and horror covers over me.

² in the day of my tribulation I seek Adonay; my hand runs in the night, and exhale not; my soul refuses to sigh. ³ I remember Elohim, and roar; I meditate, and my spirit languishes. Selah.

¹⁴ O Yah Veh, why cast you my soul? Why hide your face from me? ¹⁵ I am humbled - expiring since ladhood; I bear your terrors - perplexed; ¹⁶ your fuming passes over me; your terrors exterminate me;

²² For I am humble and needy and my heart pierces within me

³ he heals the broken in heart and binds their contortions;

¹³ A cheerful heart well-pleases the face; but contortion of the heart strikes the spirit.

²² A cheerful heart well-pleases as a cure; and a stricken spirit dries the bones.

³⁵ Who separates us from the love of the Messiah? - Tribulation or distress or persecution or famine or nakedness or peril or sword? ³⁶ Exactly as scribed, For your sake we are deathified all the day long - reckoned as sheep for the slaughter. ³⁷ Rather, in all these we are exceedingly triumphant through him who loved us. ^{Psalm 44:22}

¹² For this is our boasting: the witness of our conscience: that with liberality and sincerity of Elohim - not in fleshly wisdom but in the charism of Elohim we have our behavior in the cosmos and more superabundantly toward you.

⁷ So that contrariwise rather grant him charism and console him; lest somehow such a one is swallowed with superabundant sorrow.

⁹ And he said to me, My charism is sufficient for you: for my dynamis is completed/shalamed in frailty. So rather, with pleasure I boast in my frailties, that the dynamis of the Messiah tabernacle upon me. ¹⁰ So I well-approve in frailties, in hubris, in compulsions, in persecutions, in distresses for sake of Messiah: for when I am frail, then I am able.

TRUST AND TESTINGS
My brothers, deem it all cheer when you fall into divers testings;

⁶ wherein you jump for joy: though now for a little, if necessary, you are sorrowed in divers testings

⁹ give your servant a hearing heart to judge your people - to discern between good and evil: for who is able to judge this - your grievous people?

⁹⁷ MEM. O how I love your torah - my meditation all the day: ⁹⁸ your misvoth enwisen me above my enemies; for they are eternally with me: ⁹⁹ I comprehend more than all my teachers; for your witnesses are my meditation: ¹⁰⁰ I discern more than the elders; because I guard your precepts: ¹⁰¹ I restrain my feet from every evil way to guard your word: ¹⁰² I turn not aside from your judgments; for you taught me. ¹⁰³ How smooth your sayings to my palate! - than honey to my mouth! ¹⁰⁴ Through your precepts I discern; so I hate every false way.

⁵ The wise hear and increase doctrine; and the discerning chattelize to wise counsels:

⁵ Chattelize wisdom; chattelize discernment: neither forget nor spread from the sayings of my mouth.

All scripture is Elohim-Spirited and beneficial for doctrine, for proof, for setting straight, for discipline in justness ¹⁷ - to equip the human of Elohim - thoroughly complete/at shalom unto all good works.

⁵ If any of you lack wisdom, ask of Elohim who gives liberally to all and reproaches not - and he is given.

⁵ and to Qayin and to his offering he looks not: and Qayin inflames mightily and his face falls. ⁶ And Yah Veh says to Qayin, Why are you inflamed? and why is your face fallen? ⁷ If you well-please, and if you well-please not, sin crouches at the portal: and his desire is toward you; and you reign over him.
FIRST SLAUGHTER
⁸ And Qayin talks with Abel his brother: and so be it, in the field, Qayin rises against Abel his brother and slaughters him.

⁴¹ And Esav opposes Yaaqov because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esav says in his heart, The days of mourning for my father approach; then I slaughter my brother Yaaqov. ⁴² And they tell Ribqah these words of Esav her greater son: and she sends and calls Yaaqov her younger son and says to him, Behold, your brother Esav sighs over himself regarding you, to slaughter you: ⁴³ and now my son, hear my voice; and rise, flee to Laban my brother to Haran; ⁴⁴ and settle with him a few days until the fury of your brother turns away; ⁴⁵ until the wrath of your brother turns from you and forgets what you worked to him: and I send and take you from there: why bereave me also of you two in one day?

⁶ And the angels return to Yaaqov, saying, We came to your brother Esav and he also comes to meet you with four hundred men. ⁷ And Yaaqov awes mightily and is depressed: and he halves the people with him and the flocks and oxen and the camels into two camps; ⁸ and says, If Esav comes to the one camp and smites it, then the other camp which survives escapes. ⁹ And Yaaqov says, O Elohim of my father Abraham and Elohim of my father Yischaq, Yah Veh who says to me, Return to your land and to your kindred and I well-please you: ¹⁰ I am less than the least of all the mercies and of all the truth, you worked to your servant; for with my staff I passed over this Yarden; and now I become two camps: ¹¹ rescue me, I beseech you, from the hand of my brother, from the hand of Esav: for I awe him, lest he comes and smites me and the mother with the sons.

³ Yisra El loves Yoseph more than all his sons, because he is the son of his old age: and he works him a coverall coat. ⁴ And when his brothers see that their father loves him more than all his brothers they hate him; and cannot word shalom to him. ⁵ And Yoseph dreams a dream and he tells his brothers: and they hate him yet again.

\ul CONSPIRACY AGAINST YOSEPH ul0 And when they see him afar off, even ere he approaches them, they conspire against him to deathify him: ¹⁹ and they say, man to brother, Behold, this very master of dreams comes. ²⁰ and now, come and slaughter him and cast him into a well; and we say, Some evil live being devoured him! - and we see what becomes of his dreams. ²¹ And Reu Ben hears it and he rescues him from their hands; and says, Smite not his soul. ²² And Reu Ben says to them, Pour no blood, but cast him into this well in the wilderness and spread no hand on him! - in order to rescue him from their hands to return him to his father. ²³ And so be it, when Yoseph comes to his brothers, they strip the coat from Yoseph - his coverall coat on him; ²⁴ and they take him and cast him into a well: and the well is empty - no water therein: ²⁵ and they sit down to eat bread: and they lift their eyes and see, and behold, a caravan of Yishma Eliy coming from Gilad with their camels - bearing spicery and balm and myrrh going to descend to Misrayim. ²⁶ And Yah Hudah says to his brothers, What gain is there to slaughter our brother and cover his blood? ²⁷ Come, and we sell him to the Yishma Eliy so that our hand not be on him; for he is our brother and our flesh. - and his brothers hearken.

²² and Abi Shalom words to his brother Amnon neither good nor evil: for Abi Shalom hates Amnon, for word that he abased his sister Tamar.

²³ Then sovereign Shelomoh oaths by Yah Veh, saying, Elohim work thus to me and add also if Adoni Yah words not this word against his own soul: ²⁴ and now, Yah Veh lives, who established me and set me on the throne of David my father - who works me a house as he worded, Adoni Yah is deathified this day. ²⁵ And sovereign Shelomoh sends by the hand of Bena Yah the son of Yah Yada; and he encounters on him that he dies.

THE SOVEREIGNDOM DIVIDED
And all Yisra El sees that the sovereign hearkens not to them, and the people return word to the sovereign, saying, What allotment have we in David? Yes, there is no inheritance in the son of Yishay: to your tents, O Yisra El! Now see to your own house, O David. - and Yisra El goes to their tents.

¹⁷ and Abi Yah and his people smite them with a great stroke: so there fall down, pierced of Yisra El, five hundred thousand chosen men.

¹⁹ a false witness breathing lies; - spreading contention among brothers.

³² Better, slow to wrath, than mighty; - to reign over the spirit, than to capture a city.

³⁹ And so be it, there is an agitation between them, so that they separate one from the other: and so Bar Nabi takes Markos and sails to Cyprus;

¹³ The snare of evil is by the rebellion of lips; and the just come from tribulation. ¹⁴ A man is satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth; and the dealing of human hands returns to him.

² A man eats good by the fruit of his mouth; and the soul of the covert has violence.

¹⁸ for they are a pleasure if you guard them within your belly: they are established for your lips:

²¹ so that you know the truth of the sayings of truth - to respond to the sayings of truth to them who send to you?

¹¹ A word roundly worded is apples of gold in imageries of silver: ¹² as a nosering of gold and an ornament of ore, thus is a wise reprover to a hearkening ear.

¹⁹ In the abundance of words, rebellion ceases not; and he who spares his lips, comprehends. ²⁰ The tongue of the just is as choice silver; the heart of the wicked is of little worth. ²¹ The lips of the just befriend many; and fools die for lack of heart.

³¹ The mouth of the just germinates wisdom; and the tongue of perversions is cut out.

³⁰ The fruit of the just is a tree of life; and he who takes souls is wise.

² A man eats good by the fruit of his mouth; and the soul of the covert has violence. ³ He who guards his mouth guards his soul; he who spreads his lips has ruin.

⁴ The words of the mouth of a man are as deep waters, and the fountain of wisdom as a gushing wadi. ⁵ It is not good - to lift the face of the wicked - to pervert the just in judgment. ⁶ The lips of a fool enter contention and his mouth calls for poundings. ⁷ The mouth of a fool is his ruin and his lips the snare of his soul.

¹⁹ I create the fruit of the lips; shalom, shalom to him who is far off and to him who is near, says Yah Veh; and I heal him.

³⁵ a good human from the good treasure of the heart ejects good: and an evil human from the evil treasure ejects evil. ³⁶ But I word to you, That every idle rhema - whatever humanity speaks, renders word concerning it in the day of judgment: ³⁷ for by your words you are justified; and by your words you are adjudged.

¹⁴ So then, how call they on him in whom they trust not? And how trust they in him whom they heard not? And how hear they apart from a preacher? ¹⁵ And how preach they unless they are apostolized? Exactly as scribed, How beautiful their feet who evangelize shalom and evangelize good! ^{Isaiah 52:7, Nahum 1:15}

¹⁶ indeed to the one the fragrance of death to death; and to the other the fragrance of life to life. And who is adequate for these?

¹⁵ So it is not mega if his ministers also transfigure as the ministers of justness; whose completion/shalom is according to their works.

²⁹ Have no putrefied word proceed from your mouth; but if there be any good to the edifying of what is needed that it give charism to the hearers.

EXPOSING INSUBORDINATES
For there are many insubordinate mataeologists and thought deluders - specially those of the circumcision ¹¹ whose mouths must be stopped; who overturn whole houses doctrinating what they must not for shameful gain.

⁶ And the tongue is a fire - a cosmos of injustice: thus the tongue sits among our members to stain the whole body and inflame the track of genetics; and it is inflamed by Gay Hinnom/the Valley of Burning. ⁷ For all nature, both of beasts and of flyers, both of creepers and of those in the sea, is tamed - and has been tamed by human nature: ⁸ but the tongue, no human can tame - an unrestrainable evil full of death bearing venom: ⁹ therein we eulogize our Elohim and Father; and therein we curse humanity who became after the likeness of Elohim.

¹⁸ For by uttering overbulgings of vanity, through the pantings of the flesh, by lechery, they entrap them, who indeed escaped from them who remain in seduction.

¹⁸ And Yah Veh Elohim says, Not good - Adam being alone; I work a helper for him.

⁶⁷ And Yischaq brings her into the tent of his mother Sarah and takes Ribqah: and she becomes his woman; and he loves her: and Yischaq sighs after his mother.

²⁰ And Yaaqov serves seven years for Rachel; and in his eyes, they are but a day in his love to her: ²¹ and Yaaqov says to Laban, Give me my woman; for I fulfilled my days to go in to her.

²⁸ And thus Yaaqov works and fulfills her week: and he also gives him Rachel his daughter to woman:

⁴ thus you find charism and good comprehension in the eye of Elohim and humanity.

¹⁵ Drink waters from your own well and flowings from your own well: ¹⁶ why shatter the fountains in the outways and rivulets of waters in the broadways? ¹⁷ They are only your own and not strangers with you. ¹⁸ Blessed - your fountain. Cheer with the woman of your youth; ¹⁹ she is as the hind of loves and the roe of charism: her nipples satisfy you at all times; and continually err inadvertently with her love. ²⁰ And why, my son, err inadvertently with a stranger? - embrace the bosom of a stranger? ²¹ For the ways of man are in front of the eyes of Yah Veh and he weighs all his routes. ²² His own perversities capture the wicked - upheld by the cords of his own sins: ²³ he dies without discipline; and in the greatness of his folly he errs inadvertently.

³⁵ For whoever finds me finds life and promotes the pleasure of Yah Veh:

⁴ A virtuous woman is a crown to her master; and she who shames as rottenness in his bones.

¹⁴ House and wealth are the inheritance of fathers; and a comprehending woman is from Yah Veh.

¹⁰ Who finds a virtuous woman? yes, her price is far above pearls; ¹¹ the heart of her master confides in her; he lacks no spoil; ¹² she deals him good and not evil all the days of her life: ¹³ she seeks wool and flax and works her palms with delight; ¹⁴ she is as the ships of merchants; she brings her bread from afar; ¹⁵ she rises while it is yet night and gives the prey to her household and a statute to her lasses: ¹⁶ she is intrigued by a field and takes it; with the fruit of her palms she plants a vineyard; ¹⁷ she girds her loins with strength and strengthens her arms; ¹⁸ she tastes that her merchandise is good: her lamp goes not out by night; ¹⁹ she spreads her hands to the spindle and her palms uphold the spindle; ²⁰ she spreads her palm to the humble; yes, she spreads her hands to the needy; ²¹ she awes not the snow for her household; for all her household are enrobed with scarlet: ²² she works herself spreads; her robe is fine linen and purple: ²³ her master is known in the portals, when he settles among the elders of the land: ²⁴ she works wraps and sells; and gives girdles to the Kenaaniy: ²⁵ strength and majesty are her robe; and she laughs the day after: ²⁶ she opens her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the torah of mercy: ²⁷ she watches the ways of her household and eats not the bread of sloth: ²⁸ her sons rise and call her blithesome; her master halals her: ²⁹ many daughters work virtuously, you ascend them all. ³⁰ Charism is false and beauty is vain; Halal the woman who awes Yah Veh! ³¹ Give her of the fruit of her hands. Her own works halal her in the portals!

⁹ See life with the woman you love all the days of the life of your vanity which he gives you under the sun - all the days of your vanity; for that is your allotment in life and in the toil you toiled under the sun.

¹² And Yaaqov flees into the field of Aram, and Yisra El serves for a woman: yes, for a woman he guards.

² And because of whoredom each is to hold his own woman and each her own man.

⁷ and Yoseph sees his brothers and he recognizes them; but they recognize him not; and he words sternly to them: and he says to them, Whence come you? And they say, From the land of Kenaan to market for kernels for food.

³⁰ The man, the adoni of the land, words sternly to us and gives us as spies of the land.

² And Paroh says, Who is Yah Veh, that I hear his voice to send Yisra El away? I neither know Yah Veh nor send I Yisra El away.

⁷ and she says, I beseech you, let me glean and gather after the harvesters among the omers; so she comes and stays from the morning until now, and settles a little in the house.

³⁶ And so be it, every one who remains in your house comes and prostrates to him for a coin of silver and a round of bread, and says, Scrape me, I beseech you, into one of the priesthoods, that I may eat a morsel of bread.

¹⁰ And Nabal answers the servants of David and says, Who is David? Who is the son of Yishay? Now a days servants abound by the myriads - every man who breaks away from the face of his adoni:

¹⁷ So now know and see what you work; for evil finishes off against our adoni and against all his household: for he is too much of a son of Beli Yaal to word to.

THE OIL OF THE WIDOW
And one woman of the women of the sons of the prophets cries to Eli Shua, saying, Your servant my man died; and you know your servant awed Yah Veh: and the exactor comes to take my two children for servants. ² And Eli Shua says to her, What work I for you? Tell me, what have you in the house? And she says, Your maid has naught in the house, except an anointing flask of oil.

² For all those my hand worked, and they all became - an oracle of Yah Veh: and to this man I look - the humbled and smitten of spirit who tremble at my word.

³ Blessed - the poor in spirit: for theirs is the sovereigndom of the the heavens.

⁹ But the brother of humbleness boasts in his exaltation; ¹⁰ and the rich in his humiliation: because he passes as the blossom of the herbage. ¹¹ For the sun rises with a scorch and withers the grass; and the blossom falls and destructs the befittingness of its face: thus also the rich fades in his ways.

³ and you look on him who bears the radiant apparel and say to him, You sit here well! and say to the poor, You stand there! or, Sit here under my footstool!

⁶ But you dishonor the poor. Is it not the rich who overpower you? And drag you to the judgment?

⁴ And Yah Nathan words good of David to Shaul his father and says to him, O that the sovereign not sin against his servant - against David; because he sins not against you and because his works toward you are very mighty: ⁵ for he set his soul in his palm and smote the Peleshethiy; and Yah Veh worked a great salvation for all Yisra El: you saw and cheered: so why sin against innocent blood, to deathify David gratuitously?

²⁶ And David comes to Siqlag, and he sends of the spoil to the elders of Yah Hudah - to his friends, saying, Behold, a blessing for you of the spoil of the enemies of Yah Veh: ²⁷ to them in Beth El and to them in south Ramoth and to them in Yattir ²⁸ and to them in Aroer and to them in Siphmoth and to them in Eshtemoa ²⁹ and to them in Rachal and to them in the cities of the Yerachme Eliy and to them in the cities of the Qayiniy ³⁰ and to them in Hormah and to them in Kor Ashan and to them in Athach ³¹ and to them in Hebron and to all the places where David himself and his men walked.

²⁶ I distress for you, my brother Yah Nathan: mighty pleasing are you to me: marvellous your love to me surpassing the love of women.

THE MERCY OF DAVID
And David says, Remain there yet any of the house of Shaul to work mercy for sake of Yah Nathan? ² And there is a servant of the house of Shaul; his name is Siba: and they call him to David, and the sovereign says to him, Are you Siba? And he says, Your servant. ³ And the sovereign says, Is there finally a man of the house of Shaul to whom I work the mercy of Elohim? And Siba says to the sovereign, Yah Nathan has yet a son with smitten feet. ⁴ And the sovereign says to him, Where is he? And Siba says to the sovereign, Behold, he is in the house of Machir the son of Ammi El in Lo Debar. ⁵ Then sovereign David sends and takes him from the house of Machir the son of Ammi El from Lo Debar. ⁶ And Mephi Bosheth the son of Yah Nathan the son of Shaul comes to David; and he falls on his face and prostrates. And David says, Mephi Bosheth. And he says, Behold, your servant! ⁷ And David says to him, Awe not: for in working, I work you mercy for sake of Yah Nathan your father; and restore all the field of Shaul your father to you - that you eat bread at my table continually. ⁸ And he prostrates himself and says, What is your servant, that you face such a dead dog as I? ⁹ Then the sovereign calls to Siba the lad of Shaul and says to him, All being to Shaul and to all his house I give to the son of your adoni: ¹⁰ and you and your sons and your servants serve the soil for him and bring in; so that the son of your adoni has bread to eat: but Mephi Bosheth the son of your adoni eats bread at my table continually. - and Siba has fifteen sons and twenty servants. ¹¹ And Siba says to the sovereign, According to all my adoni the sovereign misvahs his servant, thus your servant works. As for Mephi Bosheth, he eats at my table as one of the sons of the sovereign. ¹² And Mephi Bosheth has a young son; his name is Michah Yah. And all who are seated in the house of Siba are servants to Mephi Bosheth: ¹³ and Mephi Bosheth settles in Yeru Shalem and eats continually at the table of the sovereign; and is lame on both his feet.

¹⁷ And Abi Shalom says to Hushay, Is this your mercy to your friend? Why go you not with your friend?

²⁷ And so be it, David comes to Machanayim, and Shobi the son of Nachash of Rabbah of the sons of Ammon and Machir the son of Ammi El of Lo Debar and Barzillay the Giladiy of Rogelim ²⁸ bring near beds and basons and formed instruments; and wheat and barley and flour and parched and beans and lentiles and parched ²⁹ and honey and butter and flock and cheese of oxen for David and for the people with him, to eat: for they say, The people famish and languish and thirst in the wilderness.

³⁰ And Mephi Bosheth says to the sovereign, Yes, have him take all - since my adoni the sovereign comes again in shalom to his own house. ³¹ And Barzillay the Giladiy descends from Rogelim and passes over Yarden with the sovereign to send him over Yarden. ³² And Barzillay aged mightily - a son of eighty years: and he sustained the sovereign when he resided at Machanayim; and he is a mighty great man. ³³ And the sovereign says to Barzillay, Pass over with me and I sustain you with me in Yeru Shalem. ³⁴ And Barzillay says to the sovereign, How many days are the years of my life, that I ascend with the sovereign to Yeru Shalem? ³⁵ I am this day a son of eighty years: Know I good and evil? Your servant - tastes I what I eat or what I drink? Hear I any more the voice of songsters and songstresses? Why then becomes your servant yet a burden to my adoni the sovereign? ³⁶ Your servant passes a little way over Yarden with the sovereign: In dealing, why deals the sovereign thus with me? ³⁷ O that your servant, I pray you, return to die in my own city by the tomb of my father and of my mother: but behold your servant Kimham; pass him over with my adoni the sovereign; and work to him what seems good in your eyes. ³⁸ And the sovereign says, Kimham passes over with me; and I work to him what seems good in your eyes: and whatever you choose of me, I work for you. ³⁹ And all the people pass over Yarden: and the sovereign passes over; and the sovereign kisses Barzillay and blesses him; and he returns to his own place:

⁷ And the sovereign spares Mephi Bosheth the son of Yah Nathan the son of Shaul because of the oath of Yah Veh between them - between David and between Yah Nathan the son of Shaul.

³⁸ All these men of war, who line up for battle, come to Hebron with a heart of shalom to have David reign over all Yisra El: and all the rest also of Yisra El are of one heart to have David reign. ³⁹ And there they are with David - three days -eating and drinking: for their brothers had prepared for them. ⁴⁰ And those near them bring bread on he burros and on camels and on mules and on oxen; and food, flour, lumps of figs and raisincakes and wine and oil and oxen and flocks in abundance to Yissachar and Zebulun and Naphtali; for there is cheer in Yisra El.

¹⁷ A friend loves at all times and a brother is birthed for tribulation.

⁹ Oil and incense cheer the heart; thus the sweetness of the friend of a man by counsel of the soul.

⁴⁹ And straightway he comes to Yah Shua, and says, Cheers, Rabbi! - and ardently kisses him. ⁵⁰ And Yah Shua says to him, Comrade, why are you here? They come and lay hands on Yah Shua and overpower him:

¹³ Greater love has no one than this, than to place his soul for his friends: ¹⁴ you are my friends, whenever you do as much as ever I misvah you. ¹⁵
THE NEW RELATIONSHIP
Henceforth I word you not, servants; for the servant knows not what his adoni does: but I say of you, friends; for all I heard of my Father I made known to you.
