Romans 14:13-23

Worrell(i) 13 Let us not, therefore, judge one another any more; but judge ye this rather, not to put a stumbling-block, or an occasion of falling, in a brother's way. 14 I know, and have been persuaded in the Lord Jesus, that nothing is unclean of itself: except that to him who accounts anything to be unclean, to him it is unclean. 15 For, if because of your food your brother is aggrieved, you are no longer walking in accordance with love. Destroy not with your food him for whom Christ died. 16 Let not, therefore, your good be evil spoken of; 17 for the Kingdom of God is not food and drink, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. 18 For he that in these things serves Christ, is well-pleasing to God, and approved by men. 19 So, then, let us follow after the things productive of peace, and the things that tend to mutual edification. 20 Do not, for the sake of food, overthrow the work of God. All things, indeed, are clean; but it is evil to him who eats with offense. 21 It is good, neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor to do anything whereby your brother stumbles. 22 The faith which you have, have to yourself before God. Happy is he that judges not himself in that which he approves. 23 And he who doubts is condemned, if he eat, because he eats not of faith; and all that is not of faith is sin.
