And, behold, two men were talking with Him, who, indeed, were Moses and Elijah;
who, appearing in glory, were speaking of His departure which He was about to accomplish at Jerusalem.
Now Peter and those with him had become heavy with sleep; but, having watched through it, they saw His glory, and the two men who were standing with Him.
And it came to pass, as they were parting from Him, that Peter said to Jesus, "Master, it is good that we are here; and let us make three tents; one for Thee, one for Moses, and one for Elijah;" not knowing what he was saying.
Now, while he was saying these things, there came a cloud, and it was overshadowing them; and they feared, as they entered into the cloud.
And there came a voice out of the cloud, saying, "This is My Son, the Chosen; hear ye Him."
