Genesis 11:8-9

VIN^{(i) 8} the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth. They stopped building the city. ⁹ Therefore its name was called Babel, for there the LORD confused the language of the whole earth, and there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth.
