Genesis 11:8-9

NHEB^{(i) 8} Then God scattered them abroad from there on the surface of all the earth; so they ceased building the city. ⁹ Therefore its name was called Babel, because there God confused the language of all the earth. From there he scattered them over the face of the whole earth.
