2 Samuel 10:1-2

VIN^{(i) 1} Sometime later, the Ammonite king died and his son Hanun succeeded him as king, ² And David said, I will show kindness to Hanun the son of Nahash, as his father showed kindness to me. So David sent by his servants to comfort him concerning his father. And David's servants came into the land of the sons of Ammon.
