29 Now with regard to present occurrences, look down, O Lord, on their threatenings, and enable thy servants to speak thy word with all freedom
30 when thou stretchest forth thy hand for healing; and signs and. wonders are done by the name of thy holy child, Jesus.
31 And while they were praying, the place in which they were assembled was shaken. And they were all filled with a Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God with boldness.
32 Now the whole body of the believers were of one heart and one soul. And no one said that any of his goods were his own; but all things were common among them.
33 And the apostles delivered with great power the testimony of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And there was great thankfulness among them all;
34 for there was not one indigent person among them: for as many as were proprietors of lands or houses sold them and brought the prices of the things sold,
35 which being laid at the apostles feet, distribution was made to every one according as any had need.
