Job 41:23-30

NSB(i) 23 »The folds of its flesh cling together; it is firmly cast and immovable. 24 »Its heart is as hard as stone, as hard as the lower millstone. 25 »When it raises itself up the gods are afraid; at the crashing they are beside themselves. 26 »Though the sword reaches it, it does not avail, nor does the spear, the dart, or the javelin. 27 »It considers iron to be like straw and bronze to be like rotten wood. 28 »An arrow will not make it run away. Stones from a sling turn to dust against it. 29 »It considers clubs to be like stubble, and it laughs at a rattling javelin. 30 »Its underside is like sharp pieces of broken pottery. It stretches out like a threshing sledge on the mud.
