6 And Esau toke hys wyues, hys sonnes & daughteres & all the soules of hys house: his goodes and al hys cattel & al hys substaunce whych he had gott in the lande of Canaan, and wente into a contrey awaye frome hys brother Iacob:
7 for theyr rychesse was so much, that they could not dwel togyther, & that the lande wherin they were straungers, could not receiue them: bicause of theyr cattell.
8 Thus dwelte Esau in the mounte Seir, which Esau is called Edom.
9 These are the generations of Esau father of the Edomites in mounte Seir,
