Hebrews 10:1-4

MLV(i) 1 For the law, having a shadow of the future good things, (not the same image of the matters), they are never able to complete those who come near with the same continual sacrifices which they are offering every year. 2 Otherwise, why would they not have ceased being offered? Because those who are giving-divine service to God, once having been cleansed, would then have a conscience of sins no more. 3 But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance of sins every year. 4 For it is impossible that the blood of oxen and male-goats should take away sins.
