Lamsa⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹² On the first day of unleavened bread, on which the Jews sacrifice the passover, his disciples said to him, Where do you wish that we go and prepare the passover for you to eat? ¹³ And he sent two of his disciples, and said to them, Go to the city, and behold you will meet a man carrying a vessel of water; follow him. ¹⁴ And wherever he enters, say to the owner of the house, Our master says, Where is the guestchamber, where I may eat the passover with my disciples? ¹⁵ And he will show you a large upper room furnished and prepared; there make ready for us. ¹⁶ And his disciples went out and came to the city, and they found just as he had told them; and they prepared the passover. ¹⁷ And when it was evening, he came with his twelve.
