Exodus 18:16 כי When יהיה they have להם דבר a matter, בא they come אלי unto ושׁפטתי me; and I judge בין between אישׁ one ובין רעהו and another, והודעתי and I do make known את חקי the statutes האלהים of God, ואת תורתיו׃ and his laws.
